This company is scam company. If you shoping one time from plusshop webshop, just the payment time have option for registration on the webpage. On the payment time, ask the webpage, you want to membership £9.95? If you not want, marking in the no in the system. The company after one month start to take unauthorized payments from you bankaccount, use your bankcard details. Take fraud payment. If you complain to the company, the company not answering for you. If you reporting the your bank this fraud payments, and write to the company, you start claim back your money, the plusshop webpage delete your registration, and not have option for login your account. After you need start long procedure with your bank. Baning the company on your account, change the bankcard etc. To much trouble. No shoping from this webshop. Scam. Not English webshop, working from Nedherlands. Nedd read any reviews from this shop on the Trustpilots, not the 5* reviews, this 5* reviews is scams reviews. Read any 1* fraud payment reviews. Not recomended webshop. Scam and made fraud payments from your bankaccount.
I'm complaint for on this webpage, after couple off minune the company delete my registration from webpage. I'm now from here send message to company, before you delete my registration from the Plusshop webpage, I'm take screenshoot picture from my account, an bideo recorded the login and any page from my account. Have enought evidence for close your company.

Good product and service.

This company is a scam - when you purchase a product - you unwittingly get signed up to a membership scheme that you are not told about unless you read the fine print at the bottom of the invoice. This is very very bad. I have been swindled out of €80 which I am horrified about - I have contacted this company and I await their response.

Shady company. By placing an order with them that apparently gives them the right to opt you in to a recurring membership. At the time of ordering this was definitely not explicitly stated, and since when is this a thing you'd feel the need to be on the look out for?
I only caught on to this 2 months after it had began and questioning this to the Customer Services was met with abrupt and rude responses.
Shop elsewhere.

I have purchased from this site one off order now showing they are taking money every month which I knew nothing about have emailed them for a refund they best do it

I’ve tried to leave reviews for this page but they get reported and removed. My bank, Danske Bank, actually contacted me and told me this page is shady. They finally refused a payout request from this site and I am grateful for that. Turns out Plusshop has withdrawn 2500 during a two year period from my account - for a membership that is untraceable bc they never emailed me about it. No email EVER. For such an expensive membership. How many membership sites have that sort of relationship with their members? Extraordinary to say the least …

The pictures in the post don’t match the product I received. It was explained that this is the product new packaging but I only placed the order while it’s more expensive than the market value as I was looking to get the exact product which was in their post

My order arrived on time as it was a large bottle of Ariel washing liquid I was more than happy to have it delivered .. it was well packaged would use this company again very happy with the service

Awful company when I bought my product it wasn't any information they will add a membership to my order! It was when the send email very small time letters in the end of the email not in the body of order. Be aware!!! You will end with membership buying from anything from them. At least now they add something to website with proper information it wasn't there when I bought my product.

Any order you make somehow leads to a subscription that costs £9.95 per month until you email them and cancel. Disgraceful.

They are scum, charging 9.95 a month, sly about it watch your statements they conned me for 5 months

This scum company does not send order confirmation by e-mail so that they can mess up your purchased item, e.g. lose the order, send the wrong item or simply steal your money.

Excuse me I can forget things due to my 2 Traumatic Brain Injuries! If this is for the Byron Door bell it isn't the right one I wanted. I probably need my land lords help with is but It wasn't the one I wanted but I've lost the correct one that the lady From I think 'Livewest', my housing association sent a lady to put it in my connection to plug it into my electical plug into to use the bell. I wanted it placed in my living room but it isn't the correct Byron that I wanted. I'm sorry to give a mark of 2 as it wasn't the correct one for me.

Avoid this company like the plague. Purchased and paid for an item - which was received fine. One month later we have received an additional charge of £9.95 on our credit card bill. Not aware of any auto enrol membership, not received any membership details or correspondence and reported them to our credit card company.
