What an excellent company, order was placed, e mail received promptly, notified when delivery would be, and courier delivered on time and for free. So nice to have such good service.

Quibble-Free Replacement
I had a Manhattan Freeview Recorder/Player, and it had an issue. I reported it to PlutoDirect and upon returning my old unit, they sent me a brand new product. No Quibble, No Stress, Excellent Service. Would highly recommend.

I ordered HD100 satellite cable from Pluto Direct. One week later my order still hadn't arrived. Pluto Direct emailed to say they've cancelled my order with no explanation. I emailed back to ask what had happened. They offered me alternative products which are not what I need. I then checked on their website and they have the cable I need in stock but they've increased the price by £50! So clearly they just cancelled my order, bearing in mind they had processed my payment one week earlier, and then gave me no explanation or excuse.

I've had no reply to my last email to them and, surprise surprise, you can't get them on the phone.

Completely unreliable company and poor customer service. Don't use them. Might appear cheaper but in the long run it'll cost you. Avoid Pluto Direct!

The product was absolutely fine. My only gripe why oh why do you have to charge £9 postage and packing which consisted of a padded envelope and not much more than a first class stamp. BE UP FRONT JUST CHARGE £30 FREE P&P don’t hide in the postage aisle.

Whatever it was I bought must have been okay because I didn't have to complain!

Difficult to source product available via this retailer with prompt, accurate and trouble free delivery.

Was delivered quicker than expected which was good.
It should have included batteries according to product description but none were supplied.
As with other reviews I cannot pair it to operate with my Pioneer TV despite following the Youview instructions on how to set this up. The unit just jams and has to be reset by removing batteries and resetting the remote control in order for it to work with the Youview box.

A replacement remote control for my Manhattan Freesat box, ordered around 15.30,,, dispatched. 16.41, Delivered to N. Ireland 10.30 next morning. Says it all really! Well done!

Product arrived swiftly and was just as described,worked straight away. Very pleased.
