They tell you that they will pay after filling a survey but before to start they ask you to accept all them term of service & privacy where they write that if you not fit to all their requirements is possible that they'll not pay you.
A the end of the survey the site said "Unfortunately it doesn’t look like it’s a fit
Unfortunately, it seems your profile is not a right fit for this study since you have been disqualified. Please note that our system automatically deletes incomplete responses. As such, your response will not be stored."
So it's a complete waste of time, a way to steal your time.
