Difficult say if malicious or just incompetent. It's very difficult to get a hold of someone when problems occure during or after tenancy, and there are plenty of problems. The agency will not fix faults in properties rented with them unless pressured by the council.
Most importantly, we're still owed money from our previous tenancy since they didn't fulfill their contractual obligations. Still not able to reach anyone. Would avoid them at all cost!

We've had disputes with them over years and had to have the council step in before. It's over 6 months past our tenancy ended now and they still haven't made contractually agreed payments and do not react to us trying to contact them for weeks.

We have tried to contact this company for the last month without success. They have left council tax unpaid which was agreed to be paid within their tenancy agreement that was signed by all parties. This took a month to resolve with a complete absence of response by any official routes of communication. The agency they use to handle calls admitted they're a third party with no way of contacting the company aside from their generic website form open to the general public. They were consistently uncontactable during the tenancy and failed to make essential repairs in a timely manner, including a boiler repair which involved contacting the local council to resolve and a broken bed frame and broken rear door lock which were never repaired during our tenancy.

In addition this review was flagged by the company to contain harmful or illegal content. It is disappointing that rather than work on this feedback, this company has elected to try to delete this review.
