I visited this provider in 2023 and had concerns with two of their medical claims. I sent several emails, made several phone calls and even stopped into the office to speak with the office manager. My emails and phone calls have gone unanswered, and the office manager was very rude and unprofessional and would not even listen to my concerns. I am now being hounded by the billing department. They simply want payment; they will not listen to any of my concerns. If I could give this provider a 0 rating, I would. This is extremely poor customer service at its best. Think twice before visiting this provider.
