Stay away from PMSTX aka Delaney Realty
I was a tenant under this property management business for a little more than a year. A few months after Covid we started noticing misc charges that raised our rent by about $100 on and off for about 6 months. We had to dispute these which was very annoying.
Any time there was an issue with our bill we called but never got a call back. They don't reply to e-mails and the person you need to talk to is never in the office.
Upon moving out they robbed us of our deposit.
$275 for house keeping (The house was dirty when I moved in, but I still cleaned when I moved out)
$25 for a smoke alarm battery (never had any smoke alarm issues)
$50 for msg smoke alarm (whatever that means)
$175 for replacing the air filter ( This is upsetting because I went to HEB for a new one and replaced it the last day I was there)
This company is very dishonest, employees are rude and don't care.
Stay away from this company.
