The tires arrived in good condition. The contact and support respond within 1–2 days — it's either AI or in a foreign language, but they do reply. Delivery takes up to 10 days, and I’m satisfied.
I ordered two tires for my motorbike. Everything was perfect and fast, but I recieved two packages in two days. I would prefer delivering in one package in one day.

Absolutely disastrous
Absolutely disastrous handling of a cancellation. The cancellation occurred even before the shipping notice, yet the e-shop charges an amount of 800 CZK in violation of their terms and conditions. And it gets worse – they split the delivery of the tires into 2 packages, so they want to deduct double this amount, 1600 CZK. This e-shop is a complete disaster and treats customers really badly!! Avoid it.

Difficult communication with support robots
I ordered set of new tires at 23:11, in the morning I realized that I ordered wrong size, At 09:03 I tried to cancel the order and unsuccessfully communicate with support robots. Tires were loaded to transport at 12:40, so it was still possible to stop it if there were humans on the other side. Now I will have to pay for the return transport.
I created new order with correct size, after three days that order was canceled by the shop and the price was increased more than 20%.

I bought tires, one was bad, it bulged after a week, complaint is necessary and the company does not communicate, the goods cannot be returned. The whole company is a scam
