PocketOption is a convenient and easy-to-use trading platform. The interface is clear, trades open quickly, and the demo account is very useful for testing strategies. Deposits were instant and the overall performance is stable. The downside is that withdrawals can sometimes take longer than expected and customer support does not always reply quickly. Still, it is a reliable broker with good features.

Pocket option did not allow me to withdraw funds even after complete verification. NEVER TRUST POCKETOPTION FOR TRADING AND WITHDRAWALS. THEY WILL NEVER ALLOW YOU TO WITHDRAW YOUR MONEY.

Scamm. One big scam. Pocket option working together whit some (top trader). They wil contact you or have groups on telegram to copy him. And than he wil make sure u lose al youre money.
Becos they get 80% of the losses they wil make

Absolute SCAM!!! Customer service is crap. Will not let you withdraw your funds. I was fully verified, selfie verified, ID verified. Then once I went to withdraw funds, there was an excuse after excuse. Waiting time for a reply from customer service is shit. DO NOT USE POCKET OPTION.

I am a trader on your platform for several years. In the past, I experienced wins and losses due to my learning process, but market movements, candles, and timeframes were always clear and predictable.
Recently, I have observed a concerning pattern: trades with small amounts or during the first few trades of the day often succeed, but subsequent trades frequently experience sudden reversals in the final seconds, causing losses by just a few points. This is clearly illustrated in the attached screenshot showing trades lost by only one point despite a clear trend and candle patterns.
Moreover, trades with larger amounts almost always lose, even when opened at the same time and in the same direction as smaller trades. For example, if I open two trades simultaneously on the same asset—one with a small amount and one with a large amount—the larger trade consistently loses while the smaller trade wins. This pattern has repeated across multiple trades and timeframes.
I have tested this on multiple timeframes and noticed that increasing the trade amount often leads to the same issue: even with correct analysis, clear trends, and proper candles, the candle suddenly spikes in the opposite direction just before closing.
I have contacted support multiple times and provided evidence, including screenshots and a video. However, the replies have been the standard explanation that there was no platform maintenance and that this is normal market movement. As an experienced trader, I can confidently say this is inconsistent with normal market behavior.
Additionally, I have noticed that new accounts tend to succeed more easily, while long-standing accounts like mine often face these abnormal behaviors, and complaints are not taken seriously.
I am submitting this as a formal complaint with attached evidence (screenshot and video) and request a thorough review of trade execution, price feed behavior, and platform fairness. The pattern is repeatable and clearly observable, and it has affected my confidence and trust in the platform.
I hope this matter is treated seriously, and I look forward to your clear response and resolution.

Their I always an Issue on this platform , Pocket Option . One day you can withdraw next day they don't except your bank detail you fix this after quiet a few attempts then withdraw takes 1-2 days . Next you want to withdraw using same method that worked before now they want a selfie with date Id Trade verify signature . You issue it and then their is problems again after 10 Selfies one get so fed up with this platform . Still waiting for approval on that.
Yes you can withdraw your own funds but with big hassles even if it is your account ,your bank account your money ,your face your signature, every time their is some thing new . It make it extremely hard and time consuming so if you want to trade with them go a head but be aware when one wants to withdraw Issue after Issue after issue days after days after days so my suggestion is before you dep set up every thing correct dep small amount test withdraw first then use the promo code when you add bigger funds this is a process but saves you time when you need to withdraw and need the money or profit fast other wise it can take days up to a week to fix this issue. PLEASE NOTE when one use the promo code and withdraw before you achieve the bonus requirements you lose the bonus.That is why I say dep small amount test your withdraw before using the promo code.

I have been with PO since 2022 and I have never had any issue at all with them. I don't understand all negative reviews about PO on trustpilot. People complains about withdrawals but for me it has just been superfast every time and the support are amazing.

You have to verify your account before trading and always use the same card for deposit and withdrawals. If you don't do this there will be issues to get you money and thanks god for that. What if scammer hijack your account - thanks to PO's strict policy they won't be able to withdraw your money to another card.

PO is trusted by millions of traders and this is the best platform if you want to trade binary option. It's safe and secure - and if you don't trade OTC but only ordinary currencies then you can trade with the help of tradingview/metatrader.

Do it right from the beginning and stop complain!

I have never experience so many bad things with a broker, as i do with PO. Im there since 2019 as even the first moderator. Build a lot with the old admins. Since there is a new Head of custom the atmosphear changed very bad for the moderators. there is no respect for them. This morning i have writen this in the moderator chat, and after that she banned me and removed the VIP badge and moderator badge. Imagine all those years work for them, and one new Head of custom can screw it all. I have now words. This was posted in that chat : Good morning Bo, since you are playing ostrich politics and not responding to me in DMs, I’ll do it here. From day one, I have always been a backup for the moderators in our team, even before your time, but that is a fact. Since you became head of custom, I’ve noticed that many things are going in a negative direction regarding the moderators. You write that this week, as a thank you, the rewards will be given in risk frees. That makes many moderators happy. You can see that some even depend on it. So why are fewer risk frees being distributed instead of just one-to-one? I see this as a show of power, which makes no sense. As if you have to pay out of your own pocket. This really doesn’t look like gratitude. Are you getting more benefits from this one-time risk free? It makes no sense at all. And look at the show of power you’ve shown me. I came back to give it one more chance, and what do you do? I’ve been here for almost two weeks, and what is my share? From 300 ULT per week, giving me a risk free of 10 yesterday?! Shame!!! Also, the selfie verification for mods has made no sense since you became head of it. If your withdrawal method is the same, what is there to verify? In your time, the mods just had to send me a DM and I would have sorted it out for them. All strange abuse of power. Also, it's nice to be congratulated and get something on your birthday. I always received 250 dollars on my birthday. Okay, a large amount, but how nice is it if mods get a ULT of 50 when they're birthday? I used to have a list; we can do that again now. I’ll DM the PA and have it distributed. This way, you get much more appreciation and we have a well-motivated team. At the moment, you are demotivating a lot of mods, and that’s a shame. Let's hope for 2026, but please not this way anymore.

Really bad

Now I understnd why this platform is the top choice for binary trading… the payout rate on forex majors is 92% from the moment you deposit and start trading… I used to trade with a different platform where I needed to maintain my account status, trade a certiain volume just to get a 90% profitability rate… here, no such conditons

❌ Withdrawal stuck for over 3 business days despite verified account

I submitted a withdrawal request of 1100 USDT (ERC-20) on August 5th at 7:23 PM.

My account is fully verified, all documents approved, the withdrawal address is correct, and I exceeded the bonus turnover with nearly $10,000 in trading volume.

Despite this, my withdrawal is still “In queue” after more than 3 full business days, and support keeps giving me generic replies like “your request is in the payment provider’s queue” or “refer to the public offer agreement”.

This shows a serious lack of transparency and professionalism.

Honestly, if you’re planning to actually withdraw your profits, I don’t recommend using Pocket Option.

I didn’t believe it at first, but the profitability rates r very big, sometimes 92%...

Slow withdrawals, basically a scam

Guys don't trust this company because this Broker is not trust anymore because this company has claimed that the withdrawal will be received in few days but when i place order I have not received the money from the company.
