Pocket option is a big scam please don't fall for their lies
Pocket option is a big scam and your deposit doesn't reflect when it is a big amount and then they make your life a living hell by asking for impossible proof to prevent payment. Withdrawal can't be made and the automated responses and verification process is a scam because which crook steals by depositing in original listed and captured accounts. Also why must you provide signature with clear identity documents unless they using this to scam you further and have access to your account. I reported them to the bank fraud unit for investigation and also the police. Bunch of crooks. Hope you all get what is coming to you and especially for scamming people like this.

Pocket Option is a fraud broker and I…
Pocket Option is a fraud broker and I have full proof. My name is Mirza Md Ahnaf Tahmid (Account ID: 85961316)
On 13 August 2025, I requested a withdrawal of $500 when my balance still had around $400 left. Instead of processing my withdrawal, they closed my account on 14 August morning. I even have proof from my password recovery email showing the account was already closed by 6 AM.
Later, when I contacted support, they restored my account after 48 hours but my funds were missing. To cover this fraud, they manipulated my trading history and added fake trades between 6 AM–11 AM on 14 August, a time when my account was already closed! I never declined my withdrawal, but their system falsely shows that I did.
When I sent all screenshots and proof to support, instead of fixing it, Pocket Option closed my account again to hide the evidence. Even after 48 hours, they are ignoring my emails.
This is clear proof that Pocket Option steals client funds, falsifies trading history, and blocks accounts when caught. I demand regulators take strict action against them and warn other traders to stay away from this scam.
Pocket Option – False Promises, No Refunds After 14 Days
Title: Pocket Option – False Promises, No Refunds After 14 Days
Review:
I want to share my real experience with Pocket Option so that no one else falls into the same trap.
I made a deposit through Vodafone Cash, but the amount never appeared in my account. When I contacted support, they told me to wait 14 days, assuring me that the funds would be refunded by their finance department on the 19th.
I respected their request and patiently waited the entire period they asked for. 14 days passed, the promised date arrived, and still no refund.
This is completely unacceptable.
They clearly gave me a date for the refund and failed to honor it.
I sent them multiple emails (more than 10), but all I received was silence or empty template responses.
They show no credibility, no transparency, and no respect for clients.
I followed every instruction they gave me, I waited the exact timeframe they asked for, but instead of solving the issue, they simply ignored me and kept my money.
Let me be clear: this is not a professional trading platform – this is a scam operation. If they can steal small deposits like mine, I can only imagine how many bigger accounts they are robbing silently.
I will continue to publish my full evidence, screenshots, and email chains until Pocket Option is exposed for what it really is: a fraudulent company stealing from its clients.
⚠️ Warning to traders: Do NOT trust Pocket Option. They are dishonest, unreliable, and they do not return your money even when they promise to.
Huge scam
Huge scam. Wherever you start your trade, it goes in a direction specially to lose. Stay away
They manipulate their charts/market/withdrawal is a massive problem
They manipulate their charts/market. i have compared their charts side by side with many other brokers. some times the price is at least 10 plus points away from where the rest of the market is. Also they do not let you verify id so you will have a massive issue if you ever wanted to withdraw your money from them. stay a mile away from them
cancellation of profitable accounts.
cancellation of profitable accounts.
Scam active affiliates.
Stay away
CAN'T WITHDRAW
WHENEVER IT TAKES MY DESPOSIT, IT TAKES WITHIN FEW SECONDS, BUT WHEN WE ASK FOR WITHDRAWL, IT CREATES ONE MORE VERIFICATOIN WHICH IS NOT NECESSARY AND DOES NOT ALLOW US TO WITHDRAW AMOUNT. NO POINT OF EXCITEMENT WHEN WE MAKE PROFITS IN POCKET OPTION. THIS SEEMS TO BE COMPLETE SCAM
TitlePending Deposit, Removal of Payment Option Without Reason – A Serious Breach of Trust
Title: Pending Deposit, Removal of Payment Option Without Reason – A Serious Breach of Trust
I am writing this to document my full experience with Pocket Option, which unfortunately has been nothing short of shocking. My intention is to make this a matter of public awareness so that other traders can understand exactly what happened.
Step-by-Step Timeline:
1. The Deposit
On 13 August 2025, I made a deposit via Vodafone Cash, one of the payment methods advertised and available on Pocket Option’s platform.
Immediately after completing the transaction, the deposit appeared in my account dashboard with the status “Pending.”
This alone confirms that the platform had already received the transaction details on their side.
2. The Policy vs. Reality
According to Pocket Option’s own Terms & Conditions and Payment Policy, deposits are credited instantly, or in exceptional circumstances, within 24 hours from the moment they are recorded in the system.
Despite this, my deposit remained pending well beyond this timeframe.
3. Support Interaction
I contacted support multiple times to resolve the matter. I provided:
Screenshots of my account showing the pending deposit.
Full written communication history with their team.
Deposit ID: 83765632.
Their initial reply was that my request had been forwarded to the “financial provider” for investigation, but no specific timeline or confirmation was provided.
4. The Sudden Restriction
On 14 August 2025, instead of resolving my pending deposit, I received a message from support stating:
“Unfortunately, this method is no longer available for you. The limitations are set by the finance provider and cannot be lifted.”
This was a personal restriction, applied only to my account, with no transparent reason, no evidence, and no reference to any clause in their own policy that allows such an action.
Shortly after, I confirmed that Vodafone Cash had been completely removed from the deposit options visible in my account.
5. Why This Is Serious
This situation is not simply a “technical delay” — it’s a sequence of actions that:
Hold my funds indefinitely without resolution.
Remove a payment method that I have used successfully in the past.
Apply changes to my account in a targeted manner without warning.
Such actions effectively violate the agreement between client and platform, and in practical terms, this feels no different than unlawfully withholding my funds.
6. My Conclusion
After this series of events, I have completely lost hope of recovering my deposit. However, I will ensure that my experience — with all proof, screenshots, and dates — is made public so that other traders are aware of how such situations can happen.
Attached to this review are:
Screenshots of the support messages confirming both the pending deposit and the personal restriction.
Image of my deposit options showing that Vodafone Cash was removed from my account.
Final Note to Other Traders:
Do not assume that advertised payment methods will always be available to you, even if you’ve used them before. My case shows that they can be removed suddenly, without reason, while your funds remain in limbo. Always keep records and proof of your transactions.
