I bought two pairs of shoes from Pod through John Lewis. The loafers I have not worn yet, but the Blue Churchill shoes I have been wearing for seven weeks. I put the shoes on around the 18th of December and the leather tongue came out in my hands. I looked at the other one and its just as bad. So I contacted Pod and they asked me for photos of the soles and the inner tongue. Its been quite some time since the email, so I called them. I was told by the "So called customer service" team that it had nothing to do with them as I did not buy from their website, and contact John Lewis. Outrageous, and they could not care less. Do yourself a favour and avoid buying their shoes as any issues on quality will be ignored. I will never ever buy their rubbish shoes again total conmen .!

Love my POD Gladiator sandals, have two pairs, can wear them straight out the box with no problems. Only downside is when you place an order and then they're out of stock, so disappointing !

Very helpful. I put the wrong size in my basket and emailed to ask them to change it. Order arrived as I requested. Fan service. Fab shoes. Please never stop making the 2 strap t bar sandal.

I love my POD Shoes! Right down to ordering them and then receiving the parcel from Royal Mail, perfectly tracked and safely delivered. I had cause this time to contact the company, through online messages/ email, over one pair in my order that had actually gone out of stock and have promptly been refunded for it. I'm waiting for a 2nd refund now, plus postage, for another pair, single item order, and delivery fee also being refunded. All satisfactory and a nice company to deal with.

As for the shoes, they are a delight, especially in the sale. They have been much admired and complimented. I find them well made, comfortable to the point of wearing them straight away, bare feet, no rubbing! The sizes may be slightly snug, rather than actually small in a couple of closed styles,but the soft leather soon stretches. Just love my lovely new shoes! Thankyou POD!!!!

Great value, high quality products and very fast delivery

I love the shoes, but I ordered two pairs in different colours in the same same: one pair fits perfectly, but the other pair is quite tight. They are both size 7.

Ordered two pairs of shoes on different days only to be told 4 days later they haven’t any stock ? Why are they showing as in stock online and why have you taken payment, and now have to wait for a refund to go back into my account. An apology is not enough after wasting my time. AVOID!!

2 pairs of sandals for under the full.orice of one pair. Love a wee sale purchase. Both pairs are so comfy and fit so well.
