No customer support and RSS feed that doesn't work
I was so happy at first to have a free option to get started with my podcast. And it was a great tool that offered me with what I needed. Yet, my RSS feed broke after 2 months of use (and thousands of listens) and there's no customer support to help out. No info in the FAQ, so free is great but if everything breaks for no reason and you can't get out of the problem then free is expensive! -- Since my review they simply deleted my account. So I guess they do are alive just don't know how to communicate with their people.
