I did buy my Pod from my local Scheels and she handled just as would have got it from the website. Tamara is on top of the customer service charts for sure! Tough to write this review because not sure which project to write the review about. I have bought most of the health aids they sell. Sauna Pod, Cold plunge Pod, Chiller, cleaning chemicals, etc. All products have been thoroughly tested by me. I should be a paid spokesmen by now lol. Great company, great employees.

Product selection through the website was very easy. The bundles were nice…maybe adding more upsell opportunities for accessories may might help you out, but regardless, I’m super excited to get my contrast therapy kit!!! Megan, your customer service representative, went above and beyond reaching out to your engineering team for some technical specifications of which I could not find on the website….now if you just offer a load bearing calculations for the weight of the tubs full of water!!! Bahaha!!!

I have ordered both a sauna pod, and an ice pod from these guys. I've been very pleased with both products, the quality and the customer service experience. I recently decided I wanted to upgrade the ice pod, but hope I didn't need to start over from the highest price point for that item. They were able to help me with a discount, as well as time it with a current sale, so I got the best deal that I could. Anna helped me with my initial order a while ago, and with the upgraded request. She was amazingly helpful and helped me find the information, and the product that I needed.

I have got to tell you, I just stepped out of my sauna pod after a brutal day and I feel like a new person. The Finnish-style dry heat cranks up to 185 degrees and just puts your cells and sweat in motion. It’s not some gentle warmth, it’s a real, deep blast that melts every bit of tension away. I sat there in pure glee the whole time.

Everything showed up professionally packaged, the instructions were dead simple, and it took me about twenty minutes to put together. Every piece lined up perfectly—you can just feel the quality the second you touch it.

Shipping was fast. The nice young lady I spoke with on the phone was so friendly and knew exactly what she was talking about. Made me feel like they actually care.

If you’re thinking about getting one, I’m telling you, just do it. Best thing I’ve bought for myself in a long time. My wife is enjoying it too, and I’m really looking forward to my next session.

Overall, I’ve had a good experience with this sauna pod, especially considering the price.

The ordering process was smooth and straightforward, and I appreciated the extras included. The only downside was the lack of communication around delivery timing — my order just showed as “placed” with no updates for weeks, which was a bit frustrating. That said, once I reached out to customer support, they responded quickly and shipped everything out right away.

I did run into an issue where the heater arrived damaged (the side was shattered), but customer support handled it really well. Diana was especially helpful and got a replacement sent out quickly, and the whole process was easy and hassle-free.

As for the sauna itself, I’ve used it a few times so far. It doesn’t quite reach the advertised 185°F — for me it stays around 165°F. I was able to get it up to about 170°F by putting a blanket over the pod, which helps. Even at that temperature, it still feels very hot and I get a great, relaxing sweat session.

Overall, it’s not perfect, but for the price and the support I received, I think it’s a solid product and a good value.
