I loved the shirt! However it took 1 month for it to be shipped and not the 5-15 days they advertised.

Worth waiting for. True to size and print was excellent on short. My husband was really pleased.

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!! Please do not waste your money like I did. I ordered a sweatshirt thinking it was an alumni/mascot representation for my high school, something hard to find. I should’ve known better. I should’ve looked at the picture more closely too, but honestly you’d think the random letters are there for copyright purposes or something...? Nope! The morons printed these letters over the Eagles face!! Why the hell would I want letters over the mascot’s face??
Then, you can’t call these people on the so-called customer service number and filing a complaint is an endless circle of emails which go nowhere. They likely denied the refund because they know they made a crappy product.

It’s been a month. No shirt. Policy states order WILL ship within 15 days. . They refuse to cancel the order. I will contact PayPal for reimbursement. Judging from other reviews, this appears to be a scam.

Update: contacted dispute center at PayPal. Money refunded within 5 minutes.

Never again will i order from them. Its been a month an half still no shirt and tracking cant be found even tho they gave me a tracking number

The shirt was nice but the shipping took longer than stated. It took a month to receive and I will never order from this company again.

I'm so incredibly pissed with this company it isnt even funny. It's been over a month since I ordered from them. They wont respond and if they do it's the same message over and over again. They're now refusing to cancel my order. They're terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

It did take a little bit to get to, however that was stated clearly when the order was made. Just plan for that if you need it by a certain time! However my experience was very good and it came out looking just like the pictures.

I will never order from these people again I ordered two shirts for my mother and my sister for Mother's Day on May 2nd and I still haven't received it and today is the May 27th if I don't get it in the next week I'm asking for money back

I ordered a t shirt and haven’t gotten it it’s been a month it keeps saying it will ship in 5 days . I don’t know what these people are saying they got there order. They didn’t it’s a scam out 40. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. It keeps telling me when I write to them my email is invalid SCAMMERS

I ordered the two hoodies on April 28 and I still have not received my order and it is May 24th it has been saying is printing for over a month do not order from them

I ordered a shirt for my Mother-In-Law for Mother’s Day on 4/29/20 and have yet to receive it. It was supposed to ship within 5-15 business days. Today is 5/21/20 and there is no update it just says printing. It’s been printing for almost a month 🤯. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I want my damn money back!

Horrible customer service! I ordered a shirt for my Mom for Mother’s Day. The order was placed 4/28. It’s been “in process” since 4/29. Shipping was to take place between 5-15 business days. Today is the 17th business day and they only give generic responses from their customer service reps telling you that it’s in process and will ship soon. I’ve even threatened them with poor reviews and BBB complaint, but it’s still just generic responses.
