Bought a car with one of these head units fitted, promised to send spare parts for 4 days with fake tracking, kept saying they had sent emails WhatsApp and would phone me - never received this company is an absolute joke!!!!

Purchased in April 25 CarPlay not working and have a MFI error message. Told update firmware is in your email or WhatsApp. Zero results from them. They are a joke.

HAD TO PULL UNIT OUT OF DASH EVERYTIME HE ASKED TO SEE SOMETHING ELSE. AFTER 2 TO 3 WEEKS HE STOPPED RESPONDING, THEN UNIT QUIT ALL TOGETHER. NO MUSIC, GPS, NOTHING WORKED .
CONTACTED HIM AGAIN AND GOT ANOTHER TECH AND WENT THRU IT AGAIN, ALL THE PICTURES AND QUESTION, THEN NOTHING. THEY JUST HOPE YOU GIVE UP. BAD SELLER, BAD COMPANY. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

A scammer and nothing else! I spent half a year communicating with them via messages and they always told me to try the same things! They talk to you politely to make you feel good but nothing in terms of technical support!

Oh dear oh dear I try to be objective, Ok the reverse camera was great. Nothing else was, screen too dim to see in daylight, no dimming facility for night, the voice activation errr didn't. No way of adjusting volume unless you had steering wheel controls, apple in and out more out than in :) Screen literally locked out to black and white. the company offered me 30% refund, umm aren't there laws about this stuff? oh of course the only other good feature it was cheap so I didn't lose too much, although for a sole purpose reverse camera it was waayy expensive. :)

The unit i got is defective, but they won't replace it, stay away.
