Hi Lynda,

We recently made a small update to the design, including changing the color of the adjustment knob and improving the overall build quality of the device.

Because of this, the product may look slightly different from earlier images, but the functionality is the same (and improved).

We’re sorry to hear that you’re finding it difficult to adjust. It’s usually easiest to set the adjustment before putting it on your foot, then fine-tune it once it’s in place. That said, your feedback is very valuable and helps us continue improving.

We always fulfill orders within 1–2 business days, and your order was shipped on time from our side. Unfortunately, the delay happened after it left our warehouse due to local carrier issues, which are outside of our control.
