I purchased a water slide from them, then realized that it was too small for my kids, i immediately canceled the order 10 mins after purchased, i decided i did not want to get another water slide, then the next day i was contacted by one of their sale rep, and insisted that i should get another item, i said i did not want to get an other item i just wanted my money back, she sounded upset and said ok, then another person contacted me with the same story and then she said she would refund the payment and that i should see it within 24 hours, it has been 5 days and i have emailed them about the issue and no response, if nothing happens by the end of the week i will have my credit card dispute the payment and will file a complaint with BBB.

I purchase a kiddie striker and a youth striker a year ago from them. To start when I purchase they reassured me of a certain delivery date which was later on pushed back multiple times having me wait weeks after what I was told. When I received the item it was missing parts, of course I called again and spoke to someone about this issue which they told me they would get back to me after they spoke to their warehouse people. Later on they just told me that the manufacturer (which isn’t even them as I was told later on from a representative) told me they didn’t have the parts and the only solution they gave me was for me to go out and buy every part that was missing, send them receipts and be refunded just that amount. Which I did and was refunded the exact amount down to the penny but was not credited any additional for my time, gas and their mistake. After about 3 months of use, being used only weekends, the wood cracked, the metal spring broke and I had to replace all the nuts and bolts as they were constantly becoming loose. If you ask me after what I was told on the phone and finding the same strikers on alibaba, they are simply just drop shipping from china. For the amount of money they are charging might as well buy somewhere else for better quality.

Wrong item sent. Walmart and this company did nothing to fix problem. Will not use this company again

I ordered a bounce house for my daughters birthday, it arrived on time, however it was missing the water system and it came with the wrong color pool, which was used and patched. Initially I was told they would get the missing parts, now I’m being told they won’t be available anytime soon and offered me a $100 refund. The whole unit looks completely ridiculous with the wrong color pool. I asked for a refund for the price of the pool and the water system and now no one will respond to me at all. I don’t think it’s too much to ask to refund my money for the items I paid for and didn’t get. I will be filing a complaint with BBB next.
Don’t waste your time with this company, order on Amazon and enjoy their excellent customer service!

PogoBounceHouse was great to work with! I chatted with someone before purchase. She was super friendly. She listened to my needs and made suggestions for items we could consider since one we wanted was not in stock. She was also very responsive via email after ordering and checking in to see if we had any problems. Great experience. Had a problem with delivery company but it was sorted out in time.

I ordered something specifically for my daughters birthday- it got lost by ups- I've asked several times for a manager to call me- still no response- the package took 13 days to arrive after I was told 3 days- I'm not sure how you can run a business with such horrible customer service.

(The moon bounce itself is great- waiting on one more package but due to horrible customer service I'll never be ordering from pogo again!!!)

Blower come on time and works great with my inflatable water slide.

After placing an order for a water slide, and the money being taken from my credit card 5 days went by without any email notification of shipping. Upon calling the company 5 days later, I was told thst the slide was sold out, but I can spend an additional $700 to upgrade to a different one, or wait until July or maybe later than that.
I requested my money back, and was assured that it would be credited 24 hours later. I am now 72+ hours later and no refund. After calling back today, I feel like I am getting the run around and no straight answers. My next step is the attorney general and BBB.

We bought the princess bouncy house for my 7 year old. She loves it! The quality is great. It's the prefect size and blows up and comes down very easily. Customer Service (Tony) was wonderful, she even took my calls when I had a question about set up, which is so super easy! I really have no complaints!

Great inflatable that that is large enough for the entire family to enjoy! Arrived very fast!
