The entire team of representatives for Point were patient, understanding and helpful.

They did their part to navigate the complex and dependency issues associated with the mortgage process.

Some of the backend (application processes) at times provided some hurdles but, the team did a great job of helping me to understand/overcome those hurdles in a timely manner.

It was comprehensible and a seamless process.

God answered my prayers on 3/17/26, St. Patricks' Day. I have been trying since 6/9/2023. Point is a hand from God. Every step in the process was easy and informative. All people that I spoke to, emailed or text, were gracious, educated, respectful and patient.

Point made the entire process fast and easy. I had a quick offer and after providing the necessary docs was given a final offer, with a closing date range. In addition, I was guided from the beginning by a terrific account manager, Joseph T., who answered all of my many questions, about the HEI product. In fact, upon my request, he provided a sample of the agreement, for my further review. Finally, I would recommend Point, for homeowners who are looking for something different from the traditional Heloc, or Home Equity loan.

The biggest problem was the length of time it took to get an appraisal and then to get it completed

I think the only hiccup was due to the county record of deeds department. Point has been great.

The process was quick and exactly as in stipulated time frame.

After researching equity sharing companies found point to have lower upfront fees longer repayment terms and keep you informed at each step and assign people to help you as you go along in the process,

The process was pretty easy but did take time. They lower your appraisal by 25% which they don't tell you till late in the game. Anytime I called on the phone someone did answer and helped as best they can. Anyone from the staff I dealt with was pretty professional and helpful. Didn't get funded yet so we'll see how that goes..

Such a seamless process.. I was always expecting to run into a difficult obstacle but there was always clear guidance and easy next steps to follow. My point person, Sasha, was a great support and my financial advisor, Tara, was incredibly helpful. Also.. the website is straightforward and easy to follow.
