I had a good experiencw with Poised

First time using this company to order the Alpha H triple action cleanser and I am very impressed- my order arrived right on time, and the website was the cheapest I could find by a long shot! Will definitely be using in the future

I have used poised a few times now and will continue to do so. Excellent products and great prices. I have become a bit of a fan of kyoku products and poised have by far the best prices anywhere.

I love this product and pretty much all the rest of the range from Kyoku,but it is such a pity that the bodywash and also lotion bottles are so rigid that the contents are almost impossible to extract. The body was gels and also the body moisturiser lotion are really thick ( no complaints there) but removing their contents is a very frustrating job. Does the manufacturer not use his own products? Well whatever the reason, I hope they can take another look at this and save some of us from pulling clumps of hair from our heads in frustration.Please try! these products are too good to waste.

I ordered a set of Kyoku products with 3-5 day delivery. It arrived 2 days after shipment which I think is more than good. I would shop at this company again.

Shipment of items was made promptly after payment. The initial delivery had some items missing but this was very speedily resolved with very good communications and a follow-up parcel arrived next day. Items were as described and very well packed to avoid damage.

Prompt delivery. Well packaged. One issue is the Proraso I bought had a 'free gift' icon attached to it but there was no free gift. Been using them a while. Good for men who look after themselves.

This was a first for me!

I chose the same day delivery option (which was free as my order was over £100 and placed in the morning on a week day) I work in Central London so I was a little sceptical that i'd see my order same day, but it was free so I though I would try it.

So I placed my order somewhere around 10:30, had a courier ring me at about 13:30 to ensure that I was at the delivery address, and by 14:30 my reception called me to say he was here... On top of this, I got a stack of free samples and a free shaker, and the product that I ordered was cheaper at Poised than the place I usually shop.
