Received my Scarlet Violet booster box…
Received my Scarlet Violet booster box mostly ok, except the top had some damage. They clearly don't handle their stock that well. Probably won't use again, which is a shame.

Hello, sorry to hear your box arrived with a slight dent in. We do pride ourselves on how we pack our boxes and you can see from other reviews our packaging far outweighs most companies. We would have wrapped your box in foam and used bubble pouches to secure your parcel. I expect the damage already existed straight from the case as this can happen. We would have been able to arrange a return and replacement but we are now out of stock for these so I am afraid we do not have a replacement however more than welcome to return it still. We are sealed collectors ourselves so know how frustrating it can be when a sealed box has some damage but unfortunately not always avoidable but what we would say is if you add a note on your order that the order is for a sealed collection we will make sure to look over the items before we send them. Once package I do not believe items will be damaged in transit unless run over!

Best shop for Pokémon! They didn't charge me extra or hold onto items til they were all in stock - I had a pre-order item in my basket and they dispatched what they had first and then the preorder as soon as it arrived. Great prices too!

The Ultra Premium Box Review
I've ordered a few of the Ultra Premium Mystery boxes now from Pokastore and have been absolutely impressed every time. Each one has been has been unique and is always a lot of fun to open. You can tell they really care about delivering a quality product as each item in the mystery box is individually wrapped and numbered to provide an outstanding opening experience. Sorry to hear your boosters didn’t arrive however you only contacted us 7am on a Saturday when we are closed and left this review a few minutes later after not getting a reply. You did not give us time to respond or sort this issue out. Your order was shipped on time and we have responded to you as soon as we saw your message so this review is more of a reflection on Royal Mail than us and would advice waiting longer next time before leaving a review and give time for the company to actually do something.
Excellent service and products
I bought a mystery box for my friends birthday who loves collecting Pokémon cards and products related. He was over the moon with the content supplied within this £150 mystery box. All cards and products legit, my friend was very satisfied! My parcel came on time. Pokastore is great to shop with, thank you for coming through on this one!!

Ordered a mystery box but accidentally put the wrong address in they were quick to get that changed for me and the quality of the mystery box was amazing they labelled each item in order to open was so much fun will definitely order from them again

Popped in today on our way back on a visit to Dorset to see friends.
The manager was welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable.
