Pokefy is a fraudulent company
Put simply: Pokefy is a fraudulent company, and I wouldn't recommend anyone at all spending their hard-earned money with them. I ordered three Pokemon 151 Booster Bundles on 30th June 2023, and today on 11th December 2023, I am still yet to receive them. I have gone back and forth with the owner Ryan, who at this point has stopped replying and hid behind the stock reply of 'our suppliers will be restocking soon, after that, we'll get your order shipped out to you'.
Pokefy's refund policy states you can only apply for a refund within 14 days of receiving your item, i.e. when Pokefy overstates the amount of stock they are due from their suppliers, and ends up taking on too many orders, you cannot apply for a refund as you haven't ever received your item for them to refund you on. Make that make sense.
I notice they are currently advertising the new 'Paldean Fates' set, as well as some 151 still. My advice to anyone looking at Pokefy is to take it with a pinch of salt when they state a product is not out of stock, as there's a very real chance you simply will never receive your products, and will not receive a refund. You may as well go to your local Waterstones, GAME, or somewhere reputable like JETcards. It's not worth the risk of ordering from Pokefy, and losing your money, trust me.
Avoid this company unless you enjoy wasting money on goods you won't receive!
I placed a pre-order of the 151 booster bundle on 25th July due to be sent out in September. I received an email stating that due to supplier issues, they were unable to fulfil my order but that it would be sent out at some point. I have since emailed 5 times asking for an update with no response. Absolutely ridiculous! Happy enough to take my money but can't even reply to a simple enquiry regarding an item I should have received almost 3 months ago!
Had to Charge Back
The merchant delay on products could have be vocalised a lot better.
But biggest issue was requesting a refund which they flat out ignored several time. Had to open a Charge Back claim on the Credit Card.

Probably the worst company I’ve dealt with. Emailed for updates or if they can’t fulfill my order I would like a refund. Had to resort in contacting my bank for a dispute to get my money back. Avoid. Word of advice don’t say you have the product then when it comes to the day you don’t have them but you’ve already took my money.

Very bad experience
Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. Placed a preorder in which the money was taken in full. The original release day came and went. Then I was informed that if I didn't receive my item last week it will be in a second wave with no confirmation of a date and if I wanted a refund I could have one. I requested a refund several times, zero response. It has been two months since the release date of this item which is unacceptable in my opinion. I had to track the business owner down via his personal social media to finally get a response, he claimed he was having personal issues and not checking the websites. Unacceptable to take money off people and then ignore them for months. Finally got refund via the owners personal social media. Would not use again.

Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service. Split my order into individual items and two never arrived after countless emails to which I was ignored I had to complain through the SHOP app, which eventually got me my refund but no apology or acknowledgment of there mistake
Avoid
Avoid, possible scam or just a really badly run business, I gave them the benefit of doubt, as half my order did arrive, but I am still waiting on a Pokemon 151 Ultra premium collection, which is nearly 2 months over due, I have come to the conclusion it is never arriving, other businesses have them on the shelves, but pokefy LTD cannot fulfil the order, somehow I don’t believe it.

Sold a product they simply didn’t have. They made false promises all the way down the line. I would avoid these at all costs they had zero communication until I contacted them and they just were clearly lying well over a month past release of the 151 UPC and they have stopped replying just waiting to charge them back. Just go to a reputable seller
Didn't receive order
Never received my pre-order of the 151s communication was ok first time around when emailed to see where my order was as they said there was a delay tried contacting since in multiple ways and have had no luck, 4 months later and still no product, I have know had to contact my bank to get a refund wouldn't use this company again.
151 UPC never dispatched
I understand the 151 UPC was delayed, that wasn't Pokefy's fault. However, it's been over a month since Pokefy sent an update out on *anything*, either on their social media or by email, and I could have bought the UPC from a brick and mortar store by now.
They have not responded to questions submitted via their "Contact us" part of the website OR direct emails asking for a cancellation/refund. Sadly, Klarna can't cancel the order on my behalf, otherwise I would've gotten my money back by now. Awful experience, 0 communication.
Ordered 151 booster bundles
Ordered 151 booster bundles, Pokefy took the order but never fulfilled. Sent numerous emails with the reply they will get more in soon, eventually never got any in at all. Refund was given almost 2 months after the release date. Many emails to get a refund. Ruined my experience totally of buying from them as I don't know if they really have the items in stock or not. Just can't take the risk as now everywhere they are sold out with potential no possibility of getting them again.
I would avoid at all cost.
