After purchase, we do not touch the accounts anymore, and everything is in the buyers hands. We even provide instructions, which you made use of by disconnecting our credentials.

Scam
I actually blame myself for not looking around the net first. Apparently this website is connected to several other similar ones and they do the same thing. They sell account with wrong credentials. They even accused me of trying to scam them after I asked to resolve ths issue. There's 170 euros down the drain...

We are not connected or affiliated to any other websites, unfortunately someone mentioned this on another trustpilot page, but we can not get in touch with this person.
We run our own company since 2020, and have done so succesfully.
When customers buy an account from us, we provide all the login details necessary to change the email address or to disconnect the PTC account. As you could have seen, we even provide instructions for this by email and on the dashboard page.
Accounts are uploaded to our website with all information, and this information is directly from within the game.
I am sorry to hear that you feel this way. In our email conversation you even mentioned you have purchased more accounts from us, but yet you blame us to be scammers.
