While royal mail delayed the delivery due to their two day strike, the customer service and response from Pokemon Card Seller was excellent. They were empathetic, informative and prompt. Were it not for their professional and courteous response, I would have probably given a 1 rating as the package arrived on the 28th of Dec rather than the 23rd (i.e. before Christmas)

Cards were a good price but not individually sleeved and all in one top loader with tape that touched the card, luckily no damage. Sent in a soft Jiffy bag too which wasn’t the best condition when it arrived as it had rained. Maybe look into sleeving individually then maybe a sealed plastic to waterproof then a cardboard outer for strength.

Hi Chris, we appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. We use penny sleeves to protect all cards that have any kind of holo foil as they are especially susceptible to scratches. Non holo cards don't have this issue and most online retailers wont sleeve any kind of bulk/bundle cards. We only use tape to cover the seal outside of the jiffy bag to prevent your cards from falling out during transit. At no point do we place tape anywhere near cards as we know that this will damage them. We are collectors so we know the pain of tape near cards. Your cards would also have been in a sealed plastic bag to prevent any outside conditions from ruining them. If you have a picture of the package when it arrived with you, we will be more than happy to get answers from Royal Mail. If you order with us again, we hope that it will be less problematic!
Very quick turnaround, package in a safe manor where the goods wouldn’t become damaged. A+
