They didn’t provide tracking number and request you to contact them after 8 business days. I waited and got my tracking number after it was delivered 5 days ago and stolen. The agent refused to help and blame me for not being a responsible receiver, then and closed the conversation immediately when I said it was stolen.

Good luck even getting onto the page.. let’s you set up an account with address and everything then instantly blocks you for bot activity. The customer service is awful and they just say they back another day.. I had some silver lining in that the site let me add an item in my basket… then proceeded to block me again.. don’t worry you can always buy them from the scalpers that get through at 4 times the price.

I was nervous after reading the negative reviews, but i placed 2 separate orders, both of which were delivered within 2 days of placing the order and without any issues. Thank you.

I had a Violett ETB without the Promo Card. I wrote the Support and they answard, that they will come up with something.
After half a year they did nothing and ignored me. Bad Support and Service

I've never had to deal with the return/refund process until now. The Fedex driver stole my package and Fedex nor Pokemon co. is not wanting to resolve my issue. And it's not just the Center website, everything to do with the the company's service is really bad now. Will stick with third party sellers I trust from now on.

Ordered at the start of December and the order was returned to them for some reason rather than delivered. I've been chasing a refund for over a month now and they're not helpful, they're breaking the law knowingly and then ending chat support and ignoring me after being called out on their activities.

Avoid this company at all costs, they will very literally keep your money, the products and claim the insurance money from the courier too.

Honestly this company are the worst. They dont care about there customers at all. I made 3 orders and had 3 problems. They hardly apologised. I will not be using this company ever again. If your reading this avoid the pokemon centre and buy yourself and your children something better.

Easy to order, came very fast as well. Ordered on Friday. Came next Thursday. I would recommend this company to buy pokemon merch from.

The customer service from this site is shocking.
Dont purchase anything as a guest ,as you will have nothing but problems and then receive no help what so ever !!!
They might aswel of told me to turn my phone on and off,tech support are hopless .
