This was my first time using this service. I bought two metal cards for my friend with the guarantee it'd be here by Christmas. You only have 24 hours to approve the artwork they send. Why? It seems like a silly constraint to place on your customer. They sent me my draft at midnight so I missed that email. Luckily the changes I had were minor. Different color here, change his fur color, Add "a" to that phrase, etc. Regardless, I responded to the email with my changes but didn't receive a response. Just radio silence. But what got me, and the chief cause of the 2-star review is that the print looked like crap when I finally received it 12 days after Christmas. The printer seemed like it wasn't made to print on metal because the sheer amount of printing artifacts. The portrait was blurry along with the text. I was very displeased. How did this pass QA? Who looked at it and said, "yeah I would want mine to look like this too"? Sadly due to timing constraints, a return is out of the option. Don't buy the metal cards. They're not worth it. I don't think I'll ever use pokepetshop again.

Not worth it, do not buy from them. They go no contact and do not deliver on time. They will not give you a refund and you must do a chargeback. Avoid services.

So all of my order came through and they are legit, the whole process from production to shipping to the UK took just under 2 weeks. I did find myself having to chase up on the digital artwork but it was sent to me.

The main issue is the lack of communication from the courier on where the my item was.

There are no damages on the metal card and it looks very nice! it worked out okay for me.

Reading all the reviews from last year and i don't know if this place was just having a bad year or what. I placed an order for a custom blanket on 12/10/23. Got an email to approve the design and received the product on 12/18/23. The blanket isn't the best quality in the world but I have no complaints and would definitely order from here again.

Crap customer service, can't get in touch with anyone, then drew me dead dog as like some demonic dog and wanted to force me to accept the art

TLDR: Pretty sure it's all a scam. Probably should've googled them before spending 125$ CAD.

I ordered a blanket and digital card on November 21st 2023 and they sent an "Order Confirmation" email followed by a "Thank you for your Purchase". The OC email stated it would take 12-17 business days to process the order. But the second email stated my "metal card" would be arriving soon, which I did not order.

November 25th I get an email asking me to review the artwork, the link worked but the image was unavailable and couldn't be downloaded therefore be seen at all. So I didn't approve it or request revision, assuming it would affect the delivery date.

I then received 2 more emails claiming I had "unused coupons" and trying to persuade me to order even more items, which tbh I start thinking this is all a bit suspicious...

Finally, today (29/11/23) I receive yet another email but this time it's a second "review your artwork" so I opened the link thinking I may actually be able to see the artwork this time, but it was an entirely different order of SOMEONE ELSE'S PET.

Now the site can't even be reached at all...

So I'll be happy if I receive anything close to what I ordered. But I have to say, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Pretty much what everyone else said about the Christmas delivery. Once they told me it would be late I asked for a refund instead, and they denied me. I received most of my stuff late and then never received one of the cards. Never responded to me after the fact. Definitely wouldn’t order again. I don’t think it’s necessarily a scam, but people who have no idea what they are doing.

I placed my order on November 27, 2022 of two metal pokepet cards (with digital versions) and one sweatshirt. I was promised that it would be delivered in time for Christmas. I got an email from them on December 17, 2022 stating that many of the orders that were placed before Christmas wouldn't arrive in time. They over-advertised and were understaffed. I received the sweatshirt on January 3, 2023 and I was able to send it as a late Christmas gift. I, then, sent an email on January 18, 2023 asking for any update on the metal cards as I had heard nothing. On January 24, 2023, I received the sketches of my pets for approval, which were supposed to be sent 7-10 business days after confirmation, not almost 2 months. They weren't the best, but I was informed that any changes would result in additional charges, which was not what they said in the confirmation email. They said they'd give 48 hours for approval and if there are any revisions requested after that 48-hour timeframe, there would be an additional charge. I made no revisions and received an email the next day with shipping information. Regarding the email I sent, I got no response aside from them asking for a review of "Joey" with customer service. I never got an email from Joey or anything about my complaint to them directly. I finally received my cards on January 30th. One of the cards had several noticeable scratches on the upper right corner. I have also not received the digital versions that I ordered.

Same issues as other reviewers - order never delivered as promised or purchased. Customer service is either nonexistent or doesn't care to fix issues. Either way, go somewhere else.

Ordered on November 25th 2022 with Christmas delivery guarantee. Still waiting for it to arrive (18th of JANUARY 2023). After 1.5 months of waiting for it to ship, the shipping status of " parcel data received" has not changed for a week. Really bad customer service, no action, will only respond after a few days with false promises (got the promise twice that package would send within 3-5 business days). It's crazy, rude and just feels like a scam by now. The design I got was great, but I still have not received anything. The company has undertaken no action, compensation, anything. Just " We're sorry we would be upset too if we were you". They took on too many orders and are not taking any responsibility or offering anything near good service. Really really really disappointed.

Placed an order on December 8th, 2022 with guaranteed Christmas delivery. It is now January 9th, 2023 and I have not received my order. It has been a constant battle to get a response from customer service, they have ignored my requests for a refund, not offered a discount or at least my shipping cost refunded for their delay on delivery, yet they continued to advertise "Christmas delivery guaranteed" while multiple complaints poured in on their social media sites for delayed orders. I've filed a complaint with the Bureau of Better Business and am now working to dispute the charge on my card. Do not buy from this company. They are a scam. Look up reviews on Reddit and their comments on thier social media sites (if they haven't deleted them by now).

Never heard from this company after putting in my order. Going to dispute the charge on my credit card. It's been a full month and they don't respond to my 7 emails.
