Tried to extract more money from me
Honestly one of the worst buying experiences I’ve had online. Placed an order and then heard absolutely nothing for days — no shipping update, no message, nothing. I had to chase them multiple times just to get a response.
When they finally replied, they admitted my order had been sitting there because their website messed up the shipping cost. Instead of just owning that, they then tried to charge me extra days later to cover their mistake. On top of that, they told me they’d update me by 10am the next day… which of course never happened. I had to chase them again.
Mistakes happen, but the communication here was awful and the way they handled it was even worse. Being left in the dark for days and then being asked to pay for their error is not on. I cancelled on principle.
If you’re ordering internationally, be careful — you might get ignored for days and then hit with extra charges out of nowhere.
