Pokerstars customer service is appalling

Trustpilot, please give me the option to rate Pokerstars "zero stars" - their customer service is appalling! You can only contact them via email but as of now I have waited two-and-a-half days for them to answer my query about why they have suspended my account (I haven't broken any of their rules) Does anyone know a better alterative to this site? Thanks.

Low rate service compensated for by…

Low rate service compensated for by excessive advertising. Busy times 15 mins or more just to login. Also I am pretty certain that most of the time you are not playing against real people. Most of the time your opponents are made up user names generated by Poker Stars' computers. I am certain of this. :( !!!

This site is a scam, when I joined , it said put in code TWENTY and you get an extra £20 credit, i got no extra credit, I have played for a week, and got in a good position in a tournement a couple of times, on both times the site has crashed, I have not had my entrance fee for the competion refunded, they are just taking money off people, avoid this scam site

PokerStars treats client with contempt.

It is amazing to me that the biggest poker site in the world has one of the worst Customer Service you can imagine.

They always say they apologize for the delay and will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible within the next 24 hours but instead you can wait more than a month without a response or an update.
How long will they be able to treat clients the way they currently do ? I believe it is a complete disregard for loyal small clients that made them I guess super rich.

I hope the Poker community will notice and try to do something about such bad practice.

Amazing ..

Thanks

Poker stars fixed

Lol, well where do we even begin? Poker stars is the worst of worst from customer service to the online poker . One big fix , if you would like to get robbed then this is the place for you, the best place for you . Played in many casinos and random cards are random cards poker stars has nothing random about it . Players who go all in with F all crack Aces KK QQ JJ , it is not real poker its a scam . I been trying to win something for many years and no matter how far I get I get taken out by terrible players . I give up trying . Best idea is do not play on this site full stop i rather loose my money on the ball and weel . Its so bad 👎 that I actually am lost for words

Had some great wins

Had some great wins, once verification was done my withdrawals are almost instant. They do take a day or two to reach my bank but it’s done instantly on the casino.

All in all I don’t see why this casino has been getting such negative reviews because I hand on heart have had an excellent experience with Pokerstars.

Pray your account never gets Frozen!

Been two weeks now since I first emailed the customer service team about my account being frozen. Still not fixed and no explanation given as to why.

Hadn’t used my account in a few years but fancied playing again, so tried to sign in and my account had been frozen. Luckily there’s no money in there. They got back to me straight away to say they’d passed on my email to the right team to deal with the problem but not heard back from anyone since. Sent out another email about 5 days ago and no reply to that whatsoever. Can’t create a new account either so good luck if you think that’ll work.

Abysmal...pointless...useless...

The customer service facility at this site is abysmal. This also goes for the complaints handling team too. 3 weeks ago I received a "courtesy" email with regards to my gaming levels. This email portrayed itself to be purely for concern and restricted my deposit levels until I responded to say I was happy with these. All well and good you would think and certainly responsible for a site linked to gambling however following my response less than 30 minutes later....I received no further emails to advise receipt. Low staff numbers may be issue so I decided to wait for my deposit limits to be returned back to their previous unrestricted levels...24 hours later...still no change back to my previous levels...I query this and am provided boilerplate responses. I decide that I feel this is a lower standard of customer services than I'd expect so I make a complaint....boiler plate response....I ask for executive details to make a formal complaint to a higher level....boilerplate response....I ask for details of the regulatory bodies that deal with their complaints...irrelevant response advising to go to their responsible gaming team...further complain regarding this...boiler plate response. As stated earlier this has now dragged on for 3 weeks with nothing to show....the limits are still restricted and I've lost patience. I'll locate details for the CEO myself and I'll make formal complaints to himself on every single matter as I have proof of every email I have attempted to send....every pointless response that us in no way personalised. If you want to praise them....feel free I'm sure it will show on some review site...but if you actually have a complaint or are unhappy...you'd be better to go to the nearest rock and repeated slam your head into it than try to complain as the former would likely result in more pleasure. Don't bother with this lot as they don't want to know. Shame there isn't a zero star class

LOSERSTARS Scam

Internet is filled with awful and bad reviews. They advertise loudly that the RNG is verified by some independent lab but the card distribution system it is NOT. That's how they get you by manipulating the cards. Scammers
