Pokobot is a friendly reminder assistant that lives in WhatsApp. Instead of downloading another app or learning a new dashboard, people simply message Poko in natural language and receive a WhatsApp reminder at the right time. It is designed to make remembering everyday tasks feel as easy as texting a friend. Poko supports one-off and recurring reminders, from a quick nudge later today to daily, weekly, monthly, or interval-based routines. Customers can keep a simple to-do list in the same chat, snooze or reschedule reminders, and ask Poko to remind friends, family members, or teammates after they opt in. Pokobot can also connect with Google Calendar, helping users add events and create Google Meet links through a conversation. The service works in more than 50 languages and requires no separate app, complicated forms, or new workflow. New customers can try Pokobot free for seven days without entering card details. Paid monthly and annual plans are available after the trial. Pokobot is built and operated by Radical Labs. The team focuses on creating a simple, dependable experience for people who want fewer forgotten calls, follow-ups, errands, appointments, and personal commitments. Whether you are managing a busy household, freelance work, a small team, or an overflowing personal schedule, Pokobot gives your memory a friendly backup in an app you already use every day.

This is such a useful tool for everyone out there who just have to manage so many things, and is on whatsapp all day.
Perfect reminder and task lists tool for Entrepreneurs, Business Owners, and maybe your own mother who forgets to take her medicines on time.
I started using Pokobot for my own medication reminders and it's been genuinely reliable. But the feature that sold me is being able to set reminders for someone else. My parents both have daily medicines, and now their reminders just show up on their phones - I don't have to call and nag every morning, and nothing gets missed even when I'm traveling. Simple idea, executed really well. Highly recommend if you're managing meds for yourself or your family.

For a long time I wanted a reminder system on WhatsApp, something that tracks my work and sends daily reminders. I’ve been using Pokobot for a while now; it’s super useful, and I love that they keep pushing updates.
