The WORST CHILLER EVER STRAIGHT GARBAGE they wanted to send me a NEW CHILLER N POD it was so bad I told them send me a return label I don’t even want it for free they were giving me the run around my wife put a dispute with our credit card we got a shipping label 5 day’s after we put a dispute worst online purchase I ever did ITS A SCAM THERES NO WAY YOU CAN SHIP SOMETHING LIKE THAT NO WAY 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

Super affordable and so easy to assemble! It keeps the water cold, even here in Florida, and my friends love it too!

I've been using a bucket and store-bought ice for my ice bath, but I could never get the temperature just right. Since I got the Polar Dive Chiller, I'm more into taking ice baths every day because of how good it makes me feel.

I set up our Polar Dive in our backyard, and my family loved it. We even had a competition to see who could stay submerged the longest. It's really refreshing and relaxing to use. Two thumbs up for Polar Dive USA!

They are thorough, solution oriented and dedicated to helping maintain a positive experience, understanding the importance of my love of plunging! My chiller came 1 week delay, but over all I'm loving the chiller been using it for my self therapy I had a great sleep so far since I started using the ice bath. It was the regular chiller that I purchase last October, I think I'll be buying new one for my son as a gift. I think its cost efficient. Thanks you

I hesitantly reached out just now to this company after a terrible experience with Polar Dive this summer. I was met with a surprisingly immediate response! I was quick to realize they are under new management. This is the best I have seen a new management work to fix the wrongs of the past. I can earnestly say that I highly recommend this company. It's a new day for Polar Dive USA! I believe in second chances and strongly suggest that you give them a try. They care about their customers and communicate generously until the customer is satisfied with their products.

I can't speak more highly of Polar Dive's commitment to excellence as far as support and quality of product. It's one of my all-time favorite purchases. In part, I bought my plunge to change my state in those times of decision when trying to break a bad habit. This plunge works for that and I see it as a true blessing.
