Absolutely horrible customer service. Actually seems like a scam, I have gotten one reply in 1 month regarding my order that still hasn’t arrived or even be tracked.

Poor quality and had to pay freight myself. 4 months later I still haven’t got any money back. WARNING AND DONT BUY HERE!!

Placed the order wrong size my fault they dont have US place to return items items go to China and you pay all the expenses or you can buy same item again and pay half prize!

be careful, this company does not work honestly, not in good faith. there is very little information about them on the Internet and this is alarming! considering that they are located in China, it is problematic with the return of money for the goods, and even more so for the delivery! they are cashing in on your helplessness and limited ability to get your money back! so save your time, money and nerves, do not buy Chinese horror! let them wear such lousy clothes themselves!

bought a coat, not the same thing on the picture and wrong size, sent it back to china, its been 3 months no email replies nothing and no money back. dont buy from here

DO NOT BUY! They sent me the wrong item and would only reimburse it I sent it back to China. Spent $67.25 in shipping costs and they would not reimburse me. Criminal! Horrible customer service!

I ordered a coat and a pair of gloves from polaroutwear. On the day after the order, I decided that I want to go for another coat and canceled the entire order. There was a prompt reply from the shop, and I was offered a small discount to keep the order but I decided to proceed with the cancelation, so the shop confirmed that they have wired back what I paid. THAT WAS A LIE! Two weeks afterwards, I had to go over my bank to cancel my payment, luckily that worked out well. In the meantime, I wrote them at least three times, and I got no reply.
So, either this shop has no implemented return policy, or there is some kind of scam!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! It looks fishy!

I was supposed to send back my winter coat and a pair of gloves. I contacted the company and they told me how to proceed. Finally, I changed my mind and I just send the gloves back. Yet, they gave me a full refund.

Absolutely terrible. Lack of replies. Products not as advertised. Terrible fabric that smells horribly. Return policy is overly complex with an address that you can't even Google. Waste of money, just another Chinese scam. Comes in a plastic bag. Not to mention have to pay your own return shipping which was $83 on USPS! UPS was $230! For shipping!

It was an excellent choice of outwear we picked for our skiing trip in Austria! The Polar Outwear has lots of quality offers and we will be back for more.
