Updated below. ***Well I wished I had read the reviews before ordering, I was overcharged. Confirmed order by email stated $65.98, Canadian, but my credit card was charged $92.69 Canadian. I have disputed this with credit card, yet to hear back. I sent email to the polar vision support, explaining the issue. Well email I got back had nothing to do with my issue, all it said was sorry our product didn't meet your expectations, we aim to improve products, and to reply again. Well then then another email back saying since I hadn't received item yet, can't refund. But as soon as it is delivered I could ask for a refund! If so which amount will I be refunded if they actually do, ? the lesser one. I again emailed back that they didn't answer my issue. It is supposedly a Canadian company, but with tracking stated it cleared customs. I do have a tracking number, saying today it is at a destination airport. No more emails from them. If I hear back will update. ***This is an update, I did hear back today, stating the price was converted from Canadian dollars to US, so that is what was charged to credit card. I sent an message back stating nothing on site stated price was US. It is a Canadian company, assumed it was Canadian dollars. I also said I would not have ordered if I had known. When I receive them, I will return, regardless if they work as stated.

This company is an absolute scam. I ordered two nighttime driving glasses and got to adjustable daytime wear glasses. I told him I never received my order and they kept saying I did. They screwed up my order and they will not send me what I did order and by the way, don’t get those adjustable lens glasses they are a joke.

I ordered a pair of glasses, when I got an email confirmation it showed I ordered 3 pairs. I contacted them immediately and was told the order was already filled and ready to send. It was within 10 minutes. When the order came in I refused and had it returned. They have it back but will not respond to any of my emails, and forget calling, never answer, total rip-off. I only hope my credit card co. will get me a refund.

Beware Polorvision is an absolute scam! They did not let me review my order before purchasing and took the payment. They also added 3 more items on top which I did not order. I tried cancelling within 5 minutes and it said items had been dispatched so unable to cancel. They assured me that once I received the glasses I could return them within 45 days and get a full refund. After the first email asking them to start the returns process they blocked my email so all my emails are now returning undelivered.

I ordered one pair, and subsequent ads kept popping up, I had to refuse them. Wasn’t sure if my order was taken, so when I submitted, I was charged for 2. They obviously enjoy tricking customers to ordering more. Response email was USELESS. The material used is cheap plastic, this company is MAKING BANK. Find alternative glasses priced reasonably. Forget these.

I ordered 1 pair of these glasses and the company sent me three pairs and charged me for three at the cost of £181.89 I then found similar glasses at our local garage for £7, so sent them back. Polarvision said I would received a refund within 14 days, but all the email addresses they provided are being sent back. TOTAL SCAM TO BE AVOIDED

I received 1 pair of glasses, they arrived scratched. I submitted an email about my problem. Shortly after received a generic email asking if I wanted to add more information. When I did that it was declined. No service after purchase.

Quite expensive, glasses do not seem to work, cannot access website…. Any good reviews appear to be 4 or 5 years old 😱😱

Very disappointed as there is no vision change with or without them. Was hopeful they would help at night with glare.

just a gimmick - a waste of money. No enhanced vision as far as I am concerned.

I ordered these glasses on 11-23-2025 I have never received them,company sends generic response when I ask them whats up.I filed a complaint with paypal company ripped me off for$65

Super-cheap; absolutely not worth even $10, let alone almost $60! Based on other reviews, I will be closely monitoring my bank account to catch them in case they fraudulently charge me again ( which is a recurring theme of many reviews).

Buyer Beware !!! This is a complete scam. They are cheap plastic and do not reduce glare. Poor quality, junk glasses. No way they have positive reviews. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Utter disgrace. Ordered nightvision glasses twice by mistake. Refusing refund. Reported to PayPal. Buyer has set up automatic payments on my PayPal account. Was lucky enough to spot this and cancel. Immediate Bot responses from support offering discounts but actually adding several pairs of glasses to order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Yeah shambolic service. Order never arrived and when I emailed for a refund just got a ln AI chatbot response wanting me to send back an order that never arrived. Hopefully one day companies will realise people actually want to communicate with other real people that can actually help you.

Plus these things aren't cheap! I've been right conned by Polarvision. Avoid at all costs!

Please be aware this company can NOT be trusted. Ordered glasses and was charged for 2 when only wanted one. As of this date still haven’t received glasses but yet was charged for them. When you call the company and email them the issues still not resolved.

Buyer Beware! Ordered 1 pair, they sent 2 and charged me twice. Have been trying to return this for 2 days and cuystomer service is refusing to provide information for return and refund. I will be sending this back to the manufacturer via tracked shipping and submitting a fraud incident to my credit card company.

This is a scam. I was going to order one pair but did not complete the transaction. They processed it anyway. Charged more for the glasses, added a charge of almost 60.00 for a warranty. Added shipping charges. Charged PayPal for way more than I even started to order.

Realised it was a scam once the bonus offers started popping up and tried to cancel my order immediately. Like another reviewer has highlighted - even if you try and cancel within minutes they tell you it's not possible as it's already been shipped. They say you can return the product within 30 days. Avoid this fake company at all costs. I will be reporting them.
