purely for the attitude of their staff in the corporate office.
regarding their produts themselves - the selection may have cool crossovers but with a long "manufacturing period" (read, slow shipping from across the border) there is no wonder why people are choosing other brands at this price point.
hire people with a better attitude and a smile on their face

I ordered 3 pairs from HongKong in december still not resolved

Because of your intransigence we have to make another visit to the optician, why I do not know I wanted distance glasses u sent varifocals I cannot see out of long or short????? my wife can see long distance but cant watch the tv. You should have simply asked us to go to lille ( 1 hour away) have a test see the glasses do not work and made a refund and remake our glasses as a priority

Customer service was great: Leadtimes, No.
Customer service was great at the Lee Tung Store, they have a great collection of frames. Downfall for me was waiting a month to received the store pick up confirmation and numerous email exchanges with help desk to locate the whereabouts of my prescription frames. Luckily, wasn’t an emergency. Company has potential - but be careful with misleading pick up times (especially if you’re a tourist!)
