I bought a watch from a police auction

I bought a watch from a police auction, and overall, I was disappointed. The watch is very lightweight and comes in a basic, small box. When worn, it doesn’t feel special or valuable. The screen is foggy, and you need to take it off every time you wash your hands.

Keep in mind, the final cost is much higher than your bid due to additional charges like shipping, currency exchange, and PayPal fees. You could end up paying three times the actual bid amount. My advice is to be cautious and avoid bidding too high. I recommend proceeding carefully.

This website is 100% a scam

This website is 100% a scam. They post pictures of real jellewery but send you knock offs that are worthless. They did give me my money back but not untill they recieve the items back. The Police Auction thing is a facade so people put there gaurd down cause they think its the real police. I garantee this company has nothing to do with them at all. I also think is kinda weird how they have all these matching items and always many of the same. If you want to buy knock offs it will do u just fine. Otherwise stay clear

Wish I could leave 0 stars

Wish I could leave 0 stars. They are crooks. You don't receive anything close to what's pictured on the auctions. My wife loves tanzanite. We've bought enough over the years to know that the deeper the blue, the better the stone. We bought a pair of earrings that showed a dark blue 1/2 carat total weight pair. Received tiny little chips of PALE blue. So tiny you have to use a loupe to see the chips. If you want to return, they cheat you on the $14.95 s/h. Won't refund it. They sent it 4-ounce USPS Ground Advantage, which includes up to $100 insurance, for less than $6.00. CROOKS!!!!!!

Complete ripoff/ scam.

I won an auction and was unable to pay for it. - Their system would not accept my CC which was both valid and had enough funds. When I alerted these scum I got this response:- " Hello, Thank you for making us aware of this issue. Due to unusual activity, we can no longer service this account. My answer was as follows:- " Hello and thank you for getting back to me. Your statement " Due to unusual activity, we can no longer service this account. " is interesting. This is the first item I have ever bid on and have rarely even gone onto your site. As such, there is no unusual activity. As such, kindly address the issue properly." I had sent another email which I can no longer access { no bad language, threats etc.}. Prior to this I had never bid , and only gone onto their site a couple of times. There are NO risks that they mentioned that would justify their actions.
basically they are a combination of incompetent scum and thieving morons,

FAKE

They advertise items as being authentic. Well that's a lot of crap (all stones - they suppose to be real - that i have bought are resin). I have returned the items. Not all have been refunded. But the most disgusting part is that they have removed all the items I had in the account so I can't prove nothing now. Stay away from this website. I'll definitely complain about them. Thanks for being fake 🤮🤮

Bought a 10k gold bracelet that they were auctioning as being worth $1900. I won the auction at $194. The bracelet was so thin and looked nothing like their picture. It broke off my wrist and lost within 3 days. Will never buy from them again. Too bad I can’t add the pictures of their advertisement and what I received.

Very disappointed

I bid (and won) on a Marine Corps challenge coin, sterling Siler and 24k gold plated. I received my "coin" today. It's not even the size of a dime!!! It is so small you can't hardly even see what's on it. Definitely NOT what I was expecting.

I had bid many times and won them

I had bid many times and won them. It is not a joke. Couple years ago and just recently. Maybe about 15 times out of 18. 1 or 2 others lost them because I forgot to watch them. Winning is just timing. Delivery is very good. They also have a very good return policy. I tried once already. A money back guaranteed as long as you follow their rules. The products are good. If it is what you want and looking for. I can give them 5 stars.

ITEMS ARE "NOT" TRUE TO ADVERTISEMENT…

I have been actively bidding on their merchandise and received several packages today. I was highly disappointed in my items. These particular items were listed as a AAA gems. There is no way that these are AAA gems. I will not participate in these auctions again. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

This website is probably not fake

This website is probably not fake. But it is a dummy website. Was bidding on a few items today to supply my new opening buisness. It said I had 48 hours to pay for my bids. As I continued to bid on other merchandise then it blocked me from bidding. It said my bill was past due and I could not bid anymore. This all happened within a 3 hour time frame. Just be curious about these dummys. You can check out all other negative reviews on other websites. They do this,, then be careful. No telling what they may have up their sleeve

I purchased a pair of White Gold 14CT with Diamond’s earrings
When I receive the earrings they where nothing like what I have Bid
They where like Tin
No Diamond’s
And not 14 CT
I took them to my jeweller and he told me to put them in the bin
They are just silver and there is not even half a diamond on them
I got in touch with Police Auctions and they told me to send them back
Not only the don’t care but you have to send them back in UK in your own expense
It cost me for this garbage $21.00 dollars
It is a scamming website and they have a disgusting terrible customer service
Once they take your money they don’t know you
I had to file a complaint with the Fear Trading
Please be aware
They are scamming
They are Rude and Arrogant

Looking at the comic books it’s the same two people bidding up each one… also the books are worth about 3-8 dollars at most and they bid them up to over 50, or if a real person that doesn’t know bids high, they stop so the person is out real money…. There is no way this can be run by ;olive

Stay away.

I was going to buy from this site but as wondering why there are so many items that are similar. I don't think they came from the police. IMO. After reading any reviews here and on the BBB site I have decided, due to the feedback from the company, I'll not be buying. Not once did they take responsibly for any of the complaints and advertising these rings as being worth $5000. is a definite lie.

Definitely worth a try

I bought a few items that I liked. I was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but I wasn't paying any more than if I'd bought costume jewelry anyway. The items came in just a few days. They were nicely packaged and beautiful. I'm not going to get them appraised, they sparkle and look like the real thing and that's all that I care about. The bidding process is fun and I'll be shopping here regularly.
