I bought a policy from PolicyBazaar thinking the so-called “free value-added service voucher” from myTVS was an actual benefit—turns out it’s nothing but a shameless gimmick; the moment I tried to use it, I was told the most basic part of servicing, oil change, costs ₹4200, which makes the entire “free service” claim a joke, especially when the exact same package is openly listed on myTVS for ₹4224 including oil—so what exactly is free here besides the false promise? This is not just misleading, it’s borderline deceptive marketing designed to trick customers into feeling like they’re getting extra value when they’re not, and it seriously damages credibility; even more disappointing is seeing a reputed name like TVS Motor Company indirectly tied to this kind of low-grade, bait-and-switch tactic—if this is what “value-added” means, it’s nothing more than a hollow upsell wrapped in clever wording, and customers deserve far better than being taken for a ride like this.

Extremely disappointed with PolicyBazaar my claim has been pending for over 15 days with no resolution. Despite multiple follow-ups. They say that we are mailing to Insurance company, as soon as any update comes we will inform you. They haven't received any updates in 15 days.
