Excellent customer support from Courtney
I had an excellent experience with Policygenius customer service rep, Courtney. He called me after I had gone through the initial online application (which was also a smooth process) and he was SO nice and generous with his time and expertise. We went through all the required health background items and he answered all my questions about various next steps. I was impressed with his knowledge and he was also very considerate to be expeditious because I did have a meeting coming up and we were able to complete the call on time. I am still waiting for the final quote to come back but Policygenius has provided great email updates as steps have been completed. Thanks Courtney and team!
