Don't call me put me on hold get transferred to another person who puts me on hold to get transferred somewhere else that is very unprofessional you think I'm going to go through you to buy insurance oh probably be some half-assed insurance it ain't no good anyhow if you can't be professional in your contacts

I was sincerily looking for a more inexpensive indura and ce without as ll the phone calks from the agents.inwoukd have liked just a figure amount and without all the agents calling me back to back.it went f as irlyvfast as far as the info part went as nd was impressed with that part .butvagain..i really dont enjoy all the agents cslling me for an upgrade

I have not gotten what I have hoped for I am on a fixed income and I know other people with worst driving records have.less payments with full coverage with just than what I have gotten with just liability.

You have me answer a lot of questions. I am then referred to pick someone for a quote, and they then wants to ask the exact same questions again. In other words what did you do on my behalf to find an insurance carrier? NOTHING.

Hello. I don't believe I ever used your service/site, at least not intentionally. If I did fill out a form I probably abandoned it as these types of services are usually crap because you'll claim to be able to show me some rates, but really it just prompts 57 million calls from agents all over the state trying to get my business. This is not only completely annoying but totally misleading. It actually convinced me to keep my current company with a local agent who will check to see if they can get me a better rate through one of their carriers and it's all done with one email.

I can't find someone that lower insurance then the one I have

Don't offer free quotes and then the minute you push the submit button your phone starts ringing because agents are calling your phone all I wanted was a quote on how much less or more I would be paying for car insurance...... say what you mean and mean what you say .....

All you do is forward customers to another insurance site, where we have to fill out all of our information over and over again. And sometimes, you send customers to the same insurance company that they already have.

I didn't want to talk to people.i wanted to see my prices here.i was bombarded with calls..

At first tow was approved. They sent the truck out. While talking to the driver his dispatch called him and the tow was canceled because they told him I had used all my tows. I've only ever been towed once!! The driver jumped my car and I was able to drive it to the dealership for repair. On the way to Nick Nicholas Ford the tow truck company called me to tell me that she spoke to CNA again and was. told that she was misinformed..by the last person and thY I hadn't used all my tows.

I was very happy with the results I was given and therefore purchased a new auto insurance policy.

None of the offers offered the coverage that I now have at a price that was any where close to what my payment is now. I think I'm staying right where I am.
