From the ordering process to postage to using. Everything was top notch. They sent my package well packed and even chucked in a free whitening pen since I bought a lot of stuff. They’re so much better than other brands that polished London seem to have the perfect formula when i compare it to other brands I have used.

Never had such white teeth!!! I love using this range, no sensitivity, no pain just beautiful white teeth, healthy gums and fresh breath!

I came across Polished London on Tik Tok , and wow , as a smoker , vaper and heavy tea drinker of over 30 years . This brand has changed everything for me ! The whitening powder and LED kit are my favourites , no sensitivity , white teeth and all round fantastic oral improvement. 10/10 for this fantastic brand ! Highly recommend!!

These products tick all my boxes. Ethical, safe, beautifully packaged and owned by a lady who really cares and knows her stuff in this industry! My electric toothbrush lasts for ages on its charge, making it easy for travelling. The whitening products (and I use them all) work wonders and for a person who drinks all the things that discolour teeth this is awesome! Beautiful toothpaste... great mouthwash. Love Polished London!

The best teeth whitening products I have ever used- they are kind to my sensitive teeth and the luxurious aesthetic looks stunning in my bathroom! Highly recommend these products, they are safe to use and real amazing results!

I brought toothpaste and the powder for the first time and love it that much I went back for more. My family also love the products from here as well. We no longer buy toothpaste from supermarkets no more.

I absolutely love polished London. It is the best product I've ever used and will never go back to any other brand. I've only been using this a few months and noticed the difference within 2 weeks. Absolutely love Polished London!
I’ve been using their products for a while now and honestly wouldn’t go back to supermarket brands. The whitening results are amazing gentle but effective and I love that everything is vegan and cruelty-free. You can really tell these formulas have been created with dentists; they feel clean, high quality, and safe to use every day. Plus, the packaging looks beautiful in my bathroom!

Bought the capsule and has stopped working!! After 7 months I have now sent 6 emails & 2 private messages through FB and no response at all !!! Very disappointing

Bought the Polished London power and been using for 2 weeks now and it has turned my teeth yellow......I can provide before and after pictures. Do not buy from this company. I now need to try and sort my teeth out! Shouldn't be allowed to trade!

I purchased the Hydro XP Dental Capsule in September 2023, after doing much research on these types of devices. After 5 months the device stopped working. Firstly it was difficult to get a response from them, having to resort to posting on one of their posts on Instagram. I have subsequently been advised that a replacement has been processed. Despite 3 weeks having passed and follow-ups sent, I have received no further responses. I also find it funny that they have another page on trust pilot (which reflects my experience) which show truer feedback on this business; which they have not claimed. At this point I just want a refund. Terrible company, would not recommend. Try Zima. Much better

Fantastic product and my go to ALWAYS! I love having a pearly smile and I use polished products regularly. I use the tooth paste daily and the whitening kit mainly for occasions, I really like the strips too as these are good especially for a quick top up, they have a lovely taste to them and I find all the products I’ve tried easy to use and good value for money. I don’t shop anywhere else because I get the best results every time with polished products. Highly recommend!

Recently got their HydroXP dental capsule because I wear aligners. I was using cleaning tablets, which really don't do much besides eroding the plastic on the aligners! The capsule is great, but I recommend just putting in one aligner at a time for a deeper cleanse.

Good service all around, had a question pre-purchase, which was answered quickly and delivery was quite prompt.

These products are just amazing for keeping my teeth white.

The products I have are the Ultra Teeth Whitening Toothpaste, Teeth Whitening Strips,Teeth Whitening Pen.

So the toothpaste is just amazing full stop for whitening your teeth but I’ve also found it is great for maintenance in keeping them white, especially with being the big coffee drinker that I am.

The teeth whitening strips are so convenient and I love putting them on while I’m getting ready when doing my hair and make up for the day and even for an evening out. I’ve found that results to be instant!!

The whitening pen is my favourite. I pop it on for that extra sparkle before an evening out. It has come handy for when I’ve had a meal out, which is usually paired with wine, so I’ve been able to top up and keep my smile bright afterwards !!
