The WiFi device worked as promised - superb customer service
Internet worked very well. Fast order processing and shipping
Great experience. I rented Polish WiFi for a 10 day road-trip across the Poland . Received the device in the pick up point. I primarily used it to make IP calls to avoid roaming fees, as well as check mail, chats, and research hotels, travel destinations. Speed was great, connectivity was good, of course some weak spots in rural areas. Only negative is the FUP throttling at 500MB/day, usually shouldn't be a problem but I accidentally hit this when my phone did a backup (it's set to do this when on WIFI - as assumes WIFI is a free connection). Service was great, and the device is light convenient and had a long battery life (8+ hours).
I was unable to pay by card (entered wrong pin 3x, card blocked for 24 hrs. So, I proposed to transfer funds from another account. That took a lot of explaining. Eventually, got my invoice. Transferred. The device arrived days later by the time the company registered my payment. I paid in vain. Plus, I asked for delivery to company address. It arrived on Friday afternoon. I was in meetings and did not know so I actually returned to office on Monday to find the wifi. The result: paid for 10.days, used 5. Plus incurred expences during the 5 days because I used my Polish phone as hotspot for my guests and I have limited internet. Not the most helpful service.

Used it twice so far and will use it again. Reliable, fast delivery and return.
Very easy to set up and use, good and reliable connection even in quite remote areas.
I was staying with my wife's family and working remotely. After a storm their wifi kept dropping video connections. Having seen a credit card wifi device work well in Warsaw I signed up with this one. It arrived promptly, and was totally reliable.
Had a little hiccup when I couldn't take it to the post office on the required day because it was a public holiday, but I rang and they said a minor delay was ok, so I got my brother-in-law to post it for me.
I would have given this device/company 5 stars except for one thing.. returning the device at the end of the trip. I was supposed to drop the device at the Wroclaw airport but the post office was closed and I couldn't put it in a mailbox because the return envelope wasn't seal-able. I had to take it with me to the next country I was visiting and mail it back from there, using my own funds. If the return envelope had been usable, I could have avoided all the extra work. Other than that, I got great coverage and since I ordered the extra battery pack, it lasted all day.
Polish WiFi worked as promised, had no issues and will use again next time we visit Poland.
WiFi worked really good just about everywhere I went. Password was to simple. A person in our group had Polish wifi and gave his password to everyone he met. So, since they knew password they was able to deduct what mine was. So, EVERYWHERE I went I had tons people on it, co workers was even telling people in public places my PW. OTHERWISE, everything was great.
Was a great experience, never lost connection. If the battery would have lasted longer is the only thing that kept me from rating it five stars.
very easy and convenient - great battery life and great price.
No doubtely best mifi in Poland! Simple, with fast Internet, nice packed in case, small so I can hide it even in my pocket and much cheaper than global mobile wifi devices. Honesty recommended!
Amazing experience with this device. It helped us a lot through our 2 weeks journey in Poland. There were no issues during the trip. Delivery is simple and fast. Really recommended.
