Had a great time at the BMTH Malta Weekender. booked hotel independently of Pollen which gave us extra flexibility. well organised venue and ample refreshments - just very expensive!

The whole event was incredible! I genuinely had the best experience of my life, I can't wait for the next one!!

Great experience, so many different options and activities to take part in during the weekender and I loved the merch. Only negative was that pollen randomly cancelled my order for no reason a few weeks before, luckily it was sorted but it was really stressful and by the time it was sorted the boat party was sold out meaning I missed out on the chance to meet Connor which sucked a lot especially as they did nothing to make this any better.

Everything from start to finish was a breeze with Pollen. From booking to getting around, Amy issues we had were sorted promptly, communicating was excellent and they put together a cracking line programme. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again

The concert was beyond my expectations, the bands were amazing and the venue was excellent. I loved how BMTH managed to bring us all together! I traveled all the way from Mexico with my brother just to see our favourite band.

The only major issue was the transportation, especially for the accommodations near Sliema. Maybe the next time there could be a better organization for this and some activities to do in between the performances.

Perfection!! Please make this a yearly experience ONLY IN MALTA!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We don't get a lot of hardcore/rock/metal concerts and festivals in Malta and this was the first of its kind here. It was great having a festival with a few acts of very high quality here. The organisation was super as well, and the crowd was respectful and fun. Please do it again.

The experience there was absolutely great. With all the things that were planned as well as the atmosphere. My favorite thing is the cashless experience, made buying food and drinks so much easier. Never had to worry about taking out my wallet and maybe losing it.

It has been 8 months since I was owed my refund a 6weeks have now passed since my formal complaint. Still not direct contact from pollen. What is it going to take to get my money back?

This is absolutely disgusting. This company owes my daughter $1800. I notified the University of Wisconsin about our situation with Pollen, and I will be getting an attorney involved at this point. This is a true scam and the fact that they can do this is unreal! Had I looked at the reviews on BBB I would have steered clear! If anyone knows someone to contact to get these monies returned please post!

Absolute fraud. I signed up for a vacation and paid $500, only to get covid and have to cancel. They told me they would refund me given the circumstances (they have it written in their contract that they're required to give refunds if you get COVID within two weeks of your trip). Then they were taking suspiciously long on my refund. I emailed again and again and they kept telling me to wait the full 90 days for my money. 90 days passed and I still have not gotten a cent of my money back for a trip I didn't even get to go on. I continue to email them and now all of a sudden no one is available to respond to my inquiries anymore. Seems suspicious to me. Don't get scammed. Don't book with pollen.

I had my event cancelled and after waiting months for a full refund, we were given a £200 credit to us as an apology. We now want to use this credit but have not been told how to do this? I’ve contact them via email multiple times but get the same booklet guide link sent to me which has no information about how to pay using credit!

It’s an absolute joke!!

I worked as a Pollen ambassador at the beginning of the year. I did so much work for the company & was advised that I’d be paid some commission for the sales that I made - I made £170 worth of commission and I am still waiting months later for any kind of payment. I’ve been back and forth through management and members of the team at Pollen and have been given multiple deadlines from them for payment - to this date, nothing. The sale was made in February.

I also went on a Pollen experience to Malta this year - when we had booked a specific hotel it was changed and noted as an “upgrade” (which we certainly didn’t consider it to be) with less than a month to go. We were put in the completely wrong room after paying over £650 each for it and had to swap and change whilst we were there.

Pollen also offered a transport shuttle for the festival event but this only went to a couple of the hotels they had booked people into. They completely misled the sale of the shuttle and didn’t make it clear that this was the case, leading lots of people to spend £85 on it and not be able to use it. I know many have still not received a refund for this purchase despite not being able to use it and they initially tried to offer us Pollen vouchers to compensate which I refused and eventually got my money back after weeks.

If I could give zero stars I would. Literally stealing money from thousands of college students is criminal. DO NOT give them your money. Dispute the charges with your credit card company. There are so many articles you can send to back up your claim.

This is absolutely absurd. This company owes my daughter over well over $1k. I am starting to post in college parent feeds to warn them not to do business with Pollen and getting our attorney involved at this point.

STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND AND AN EMAIL BACK ABSOLUTELY SHAMBOLIC COMPANY! QUICK ENOUGH TO TAKE PEOPLES MONEY BUT TAKE MONTHS IF NOT YEARS TO REFUND THEM. I WOULD LIKE MY REFUND ASAP AS IVE ALREADY BEEN WAITING OVER 13 MONTHS FOR IT.

We have been waiting for a promised refund since December 2021. How are you able to contact this company?

DO NOT USE POLLEN! I have been waiting on a refund for 4 months now , absolutely been messed around , been lied to , no sign of my refund , when I email/ send request forms / message on social media I am ignored and when I rarely do get through and ask where it is I am met with “ we do not have that information at the moment” , they are liars , completely rude staff and it’s all a scam , you won’t get your money back so don’t book with them in the first place ! RIP OFF
