Pollmans has an excellent service. There is always somebody during our Kenya safari trips who informed us about the schedule.

We had 2 guids SheShe and Ali who both were a-ma-zing. They did an amazing job with finding all animals. They both also made sure we were safe and listened to our needs. We really had the best experience and it was because of both of them. I recommand everybody SheShe & Ali!!

Right from the start, Pollman's were excellent - well organised and professional.
Our guide, Ahmed was superb.
He was kind, incredibly knowledgeable and his ability to understand our needs, interests and adapt accordingly, was brilliant.
It was our first safari, and his pragmatic and considered approach to everything meant any fears or issues we had were instantly addressed. How he managed to know, spot, and find any of the vast array of animals is anyone's guess, but not only did he spot things a mile off, he knew everything about them, and then would google, and show us the details too - quite remarkably efficient and resourceful. Ahmed also had the BEST rapport with everyone - he knew all the hotel staff and other safari guides, and that warmth came through and we felt so at ease. Huge thanks and thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic company. Went on safari to Kenya at the beginning of October 23. Our guile Ferdinand was marvellous. Very knowledgeable about the animals, birds and plants. He took care of all our needs making the Safari enjoyable and stress free. From the minute we were met at the airport until we were taken back to the airport and helped to check in the service of the Pollmans staff was flawless. The itinerary chosen was perfect which allowed us opportunities to see a wide variety of animals and different parts of Kenya. The lodges were all amazing and the staff very friendly. I would highly recommend booking with Pollmans.

Pollmans customer service is second to none. Booked via our travel agents we were met at Nairobi given an itinerary and taken to Wilson Airport and then met by Andrew at Keekorak. Andrew was a very knowledgeable respectful guide who quite clearly loves his job and went the extra mile especially when I left my handbag in his car on the way to our Mombasa destination and made sure it was safe back at the lodge. Then Daniel from Mombasa skillfully arranged to get the bag back to me within 24 hours all intact. There was also another rep I cant remember his name who on our return from Mombasa made sure we got through security etc ok.They care about their customers and I would recommend to anyone.

Booked through our UK travel agent, we were met at Nairobi airport, given a full itinerary along with all tickets and details.
Their staff were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and willing to tell us about their country.
Nothing seemed too much trouble and everything we were told was going to happen did, seamlessly.
They checked in every few days to monitor and made the experience memorable.
