Don't purchase from Pollyannaevents... Save your time & money
I usually don't take the time to write good or bad reviews, but to save I'm doing this to save another bride-to-be from the horrible experience that Pollyannaevents put me through before my wedding. I ordered this dress and selected the option "Picture Color" size 4. They sent me the dress with the White Color (which gives the dress a completely different look) and a size 8. The dress was clearly incorrect. I messaged their team through the chat box and they acknowledged that they sent the wrong dress. Then, they said they can give me the correct dress as long as I send the original (incorrect) dress back to them. I was ready to send it and was waiting for them to send me the shipping label, and they ghosted me for a long time. I had to email them, call them, and write in the chat box many times. They tried to ignore it for weeks. Finally, I reached someone via the chat box using a different email and name, and they REFUSED to give me free shipping label to return the dress back to them... they are located in China. The cost to send the dress back would have been well over $100 out of pocket, for a mistake THEY made & acknowledged! I took screenshots of the conversations that I had with them because it was really unprofessional the way they handle business. Then, I received a threatening email from them stating that they have their legal team ready to fight the dispute, which is WILD because they made the mistake on the order. If you do have an order that they messed up on, just talk to your bank and they will make sure you get the refund (that's what I did). We clearly won the dispute case and I received my full refund, but WOW the unprofessionalism of this company was the worst I've ever experienced, so I had to warn others. Save your time & money.
