I never received my order
I never received the belts I ordered. Nor did I receive a reply to my emails. And no reply on the phone number on my website.
Terrible customer service…
I’ve given two stars because the dog collar and belts I ordered were great. However, the customer service has been extremely poor.
I need to return one of the belts, but all of my emails have been ignored. I’ve also tried contacting them via their Instagram page, with no response. The returns portal on their website has been showing “returns portal disabled” since December, and the address listed on their website appears to be service offices in London rather than a return address.
As a result, I have no way of returning the item or obtaining a refund. Despite several attempts to make contact, I’ve heard nothing back at all.
Very disappointing experience.
They take your money and you recieve nothing. Then ghosted in trying to resolve the issue.
At this point I would actually give this company no stars for several reasons.
Placed an order back at the start of August, and have not received anything from them at all.
After a few weeks of waiting on my initial belt, I say initial as I had signed up for subscription to select and receive new belts in the future, and that original order had not been received I emailed the company to ask about where my order had gone. I was emailed promptly with an apology, saying the initial belt must have been lost in delivery. They offered to replace the belt, to please select a new option and they would send it out immediately. I responded with a new selection, but inquired about the possibility of getting the original ordered belt. This was September 3rd, after this initial contact and request fro the company I have received nothing not even an email
Have tried several times to reach back out looking for any help to resolve the issue and there is no response. Today I tried calling the company but not a working number.
I'm starting to believe that this company is not real or is just a scam. I'm waiting now to see if there are ways to cancel the subscription, or even just the order and there is no response.
Completely left ripped off, The customer service for this company was abysmal actually non existent.
Items are great but customer services…
Items are great but customer services are not, I tried to cancel account online and was unable to so I emailed to cancel and was told in April it would be closed, monies taken in July and again in September despite account supposed to be closed
Order hasn’t arrived
My Order from 3 weeks ago has only part arrived. No response to my emails and the phone number on the website doesn’t work. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

Very Happy customer - I had an issue with my belt and so I contacted Polo and they immediately said they would replace it, very happy with the customer service and I would recommend this company too anyone.

Dreadful experience
Order hasn't arrived, no communication from them. Emails and messages from me on social media asking where my order is are ignored. Shame because the product looks good

I’ve rated the experience as one star due to the product not turning up and no reply’s to the emails asking for an update.
Customer service terrible
I bought a belt as a present and it broke within months. I eventually got a response from customer service after many threats and emails. The belt was replaced but again it broke within weeks. I emailed again and after several weeks received a reply. They wanted photos which I supplied and a sent a video as they wanted to see their label which the belt didn’t have. I have not heard from the company again after 2 weeks. Terrible customer service. Do not buy anything from this company

I purchased this belt as a gift which happened to be in the regimental colours of the recipients regiment. It arrived in 24 hours, was well packaged and an unexpected gift of a matching key fob was included. He was thrilled with the present and has been wearing it every time I have seen him since!
