Long delays if you return goods
Bought a hoody for my son which was of poor quality so returned it using the label provided by the company. Article tracked and delivered to address on label. POLO CLUB delaying refund as the article needs to be seen in Spain which is not where the postage label was for . Articles only sent to Spain when ( according to the email I received when I asked why the refund had not been issued) there are enough to be sent ....
All to do with us no longer being in the EU apparently.
So please be very sure before purchasing from this company . Whilst their products may suit some people we found them unsatisfactory for the price and the name.
