If I could rate a 0, I would. I ordered 2 shirts on July 15 and now it is October 7th and no product!! This company is a scam. Do not buy from them!! Btw, they charged my credit card that day. Totally frustrated

Pologize have effectively stolen my money …

Pologize have effectively stolen my money.

Their products are great but their service is appalling.

I bought 3 items in July. They were delivered by mid-August. (Not great but I am in the Uk). Two items were too small so I returned them (cost £20) and, as required, tracked the return and notified them when they arrived back with them (?! - how they don’t know this themselves is baffling)

It is now 7 October and despite +30 email enquiries, I have still had no replacement goods nor have they refunded me the $100 they owe me. Initial responses to my emails were friendly but completely inept and now they have stopped responding to my enquiries altogether.

Quite simply, they appear to have stolen my money and there doesn’t seem as though there is anything I can do about it.

It’s a shame because I think their clothes are great but I would definitely avoid them if I were you.

Do they have customer service?

Same as several other people, huge delays with complete lack of communication from pologize. Granted as others have pointed out there is some spiel about changing warehouse so fulfilment should be 12 business days. Well the order was placed 10 September, over 17 business days ago now. I have left 2 "contact us forms" which are supposed to get a reply within 1 business day (of course I have had no reply). I have then emailed the sales team as they suggest, also twice and also no reply. I have tried a DM on Facebook. Also no reply.
I don't mind waiting but at the moment, I don't even know if my order has been accepted although the money certainly has been. I then come on here and see fairly prompt responses.
Order number 156279. Pologize, sort out your Comms and customer service. It's an absolute shambles. If not, another complaint and refund.

Update: Pologize have reached out to offer a 20% discount code on my next order by way of apology. One day after leaving the original review here. Their email says to reply to that email (from a "donotreply" email address) or to the sales@pologize email which doesn't seem to be monitored or responded to. There has been 0 update on my order.

Shoes look even better than the ad.

I just got the shoes I ordered from Pologize. It did take longer than I expected but damn they look even better than in the add. I read the other reviews and it seems like a lot of people are not happy but I can only speak to my experience. They look great, fit perfect and are comfortable. Everything is taking forever to be delivered nowadays so I can't hold the delay against them. They got here and I really like them.

This company is a jocker

This company is a jocker, they replied to me on Aug 31, 2022 and still they didn't ship my items. they robbed my money. it is a complete scam. See the reply I had from them. They take no action. Stay away from them!!!!

Ordered 3 items on August 16 - no product, won't cancel

Ordered 3 items on August 16. It's now September 29 and I don't even have a tracking number. Customer service refuses to simply cancel and return my money. Don't make my mistake. This place is a scam.

i only wish i read the other customers…

i only wish i read the other customers reviews before wasting my money and time. i ordered a jacket and a shirt and i paid 200 dollars. and now i understand that i'm never seeing my money or my order,
i just have to spend an entire cold month here in norway without a jacket, shame on you.

Looks like it's just a scam or just real delivery problems?

Edit Oct 4.Customer support contacted me, apologized and promised me to refund the order. Should be in the next week. It's very hard to trust a company at the other side of the world, but I'm glad I was speaking to a real person. Let's wait for the refund.

Org. Looks like it's just a scam! Ordered for €100,- , got a confirmation email. Waited weeks and weeks, nothing. The Contact button in the email leads to a unsecured vage site. They keep spamming me with offers thought. Stop the spamming and respond to my emails about my order! If you can't deliver, go do something else. If your're a fraud, your just a loser.

Same situation as everyone else, placed an order in September 2022, emailed the business, and received the same reply “we recently changed our plant so we’re doing our best to catch up backed logged orders” I replied, I would like a refund, their response “oh our window time for cancellation is within 1 hour during purchase “. WORST Experience Ever

I have never been so disappointed with any of my orders until now. I placed my order on 22nd July 2022 of $125 and since then I am just waiting and waiting for my order. Their Customer service always come up with some stupid excuses, like their plant is shut for sometime, their workshop is was not functioning but is back in track now, etc. They have been telling me since 1 month that my package is about to be sent and I will receive a tracking but nothing is happening. And every time they email, they would not tell you anything about your order, rather just some standard reply and with a useless discount codes. Probably I just fell in one of the US-China scam traps. I wish I get either full refund or the products. I am already disappointed and would definitely not be ordering anything from this company in the future.

STAY AWAY!! SCAM

This website is an absolute scam and they will keep emailing you for weeks that they are sorry for delay in order but it has been MONTHS NOW and I did not receive anything!
Also they do not share any information about where the company is headquartered or registered!
Do no buy anything because you will only lose your money

Fraud

I had an unexpected charge on my MC, which I disputed and was issued a new MC. After considering why this happened, I looked back on my Sep 11 2022 purchase of a high neck polo shirt from Pologize and noticed that I hadn't yet received a tracking number. I clicked on the view order button in my email which led me to a website. My details including the order were all listed. When I scrolled down and clicked on "Contact Us" it led to a generic unowned web page.
Unfortunately I believe that my MC details were leaked by this company - I disputed this Pologize charge.

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS OF THE FIRST ORDER (Pologize) !!!

I placed an order @Pologize on 08/09/2022 and have not been provided with a tracking number yet. They don't provide updates regarding my order. Instead they keep on sending emails for publicity of their goods. I have contacted customer support but yet nothing has been done. I'm fed up!.
