Stay away from this company as they do…

Stay away from this company as they do not allow you to return items for a refund, only store credit. Their product is of low quality, size is not accurate and shipping is slow. Worse of all, their customer service is a disaster. No one to answer your phone calls and delayed emails. Clothes do not look like what is posted on their website. This was my worst online shopping experience. I think they have a sister company called polomano.con as well. Be careful!
But I ended up getting my refund back because I paid with PayPal, so I went ahead and disputed the charge with PayPal because the items I received was not correct and late shipping. PayPal returned me my money and pologize will have a chargeback. Just dispute it with your bank guys

Return Policy is a lie

Return Policy is a lie

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

This is the return policy on their website:

"Accordingly, we accept returns and offer both exchanges and refunds so you can continue to enjoy shopping with us".

On the 3rd May 2022 I requested a full refund for the jackets that I purchased that when received where not as described, made of inferior cheap quality materials with flimsy zippers, one of which was broken.

In the subsequent seven emails that I received from Aura I have been offered a credit note, various discounts, informed that I needed to post the items back at my own cost for processing (which I did) and then on the 20th May Aura advised me that I could only receive a store credit.

The amount of hassle and hardship I have been through just to get a refund as per their stated policy on their website has been horrific. This company is NOT to be trusted do NOT waste your time or hard-earned money on this company.

No doubt, like the others that have complained before me I will receive some generic reply saying: 'how we care about our customers and we would like to make your experience better'.

What a load of rubbish, they clearly do NOT care about their customers, nothing will make my experience better and anything that they do now is too little, too late what an appalling why to treat your customers.

Bait and switch. Garbage products. Unable to return.

Here's the deal. If you are looking for a reasonable store that
1. Has clothing that is accurately described by their website pictures
2. Has clothing that is not made of cheap garbage materials including flimsy plastic zippers and scratchy fabric
3. Has a return policy that allows you to actually get a REFUND for an item that you purchased instead of just getting store credit

then this is not the online store for you. DO NOT get ripped off. The clothing looks nothing like the pictures. You will regret your decision.

Fraud - No answer

Hice la compra el 7 de abril. Cambiaron la url del sitio. El tracking dice que todavía está en China, supuestamente tenía el producto en 20 días. Ya me debitaron el costo total. No hay manera de comunicarse con nadie, dicen que te mandan un mail en los próximos días hábiles y no hacen nada. De hecho esta reseña van a responderla así de forma automática.

I made the purchase on April 7. They changed the url of the site. Tracking says it's still in China, supposedly had product in 20 days. I have already been charged the full cost. There is no way to communicate with anyone, they say they will send you an email in the next business days and they do nothing. In fact, this review will respond automatically like this.

Happy

Well, I bought a shirt and a pair of pants. They showed up about 3 weeks later, look exactly like what I ordered and fit perfectly. Not only that, the pant are really comfortable able.
I get everyone on here seems to have had a bad experience, but mine was pretty good

Worst shop ever

Worst shop ever. I should have come to trustpilot before shopping.
I boughts 5 items at their shop but the size was wrong, the fit is really poor and the quality of the clothes are bad too.
So I decided to ship them back.
The clothes where still in their package I didn't even bother to try them all after the first shirt.

The shipping cost is for you, but ok I did it for 40$.

And here come the best part.
They just refund one item with no explanation.

I consider this shop to be an elaborate scam.
Don't trust their pictures as they don't look like anything they show.

I wish my bad experience will help someone to not loose money like I did.

Total rubbish STAY AWAY

Total rubbish STAY AWAY. They falsely advertise with one photo, then send you an item that looks totally different. Then when you ask to return they won't even refund, just off credit for other misleading products. What a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

SHADY RETURN PRACTICES (UPDATED!)

DO NOT EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO RETURN ANYTHING!!

They SAY they accept returns, but they do not. Their return form is entirely on their own website, so if you submit a return request and they don’t get back to you (they won’t - they ignored 3 requests from me), you will have no record of that Return Request being submitted.

I finally had to chase them on Facebook…. and they told me I was too late to make a return.

It is troubling, because their sizing is difficult (I found that it was much bigger than a typical shirt if its size).

The one thing I got that fit is great!! But I will not order again.

UPDATE: After a few months, they finally got back in touch and the return was completed. Updating to 3-star review, to reflect the overall outcome of the experience!

Beware, does not look like pictures

Just received my package, the garment looks nothing near the pictures, there is no mention of what it's made of, which is definitely illegal, and quality looks poor. @Pologize, why dont you really email me instead of just saying you will, so we can sort this out and I can return this for a refund. Next move would be legal action on my part.

The website is a scam

Horrible return policy & customer service

I bought a jacket that was over $100. The jacket that came was nothing like the photograph. It was then that I learned there return policy was credit only. And I had to mail it to them, follow all these crazy steps to do the return, reach out to them several times- including I had to tell them when tracking said the package arrived, and over a month later I have heard nothing about my return despite several emails. Incredibly frustrated and honestly I want my money, not a credit. This is absolutely ridiculous.

No returns

They refuse to allow returns. They won't let you cancel orders that haven't been fulfilled. Their policy is basically "if you order, you must take it and keep it."

Sickening.

Pologize feedback regarding my purchase

Placed an order on 15.03.2022 and still hasn't arrived.

Tried writing to Customer Support on the email provided, used the system after 20 business days have passed - no replies.
Site says no order found with this email & order number, neither with the tracking number which is weird.
Trackiest stopped showing the order around a week after being on status "pre-transit".

I am not sure if the order will arrive at all, and if not - I'll ask for a refund...somehow.

*EDIT* 3 days after writing to the Customer Support I received an answer that the package is OK and is on its way. A month later I actually got my package!
Here is what I can say:

PRO 1 - The packaging of the items was great - simple nice plastic bags that can be reused or recycled.
PRO 2 - The size & colors of the items were according to the ones I chose.

CON 1 - The design of the 2 of the 4 shirts is not according to the one (Slim Fit Button Up Shirt). It was a mere imitation and the texture of the wine red shirt was not the same as on the black one, and it's wider, although they're the same size.

CON 2 - Shipment arrived from China, so the stuff is made in China, not CA, and that's why it took it so long to ship and the changed & not working links on top of the delayed response made it look like a scam.

Everyone is free to check them out & see if they get what they've ordered.
However, unfortunately I would NOT recommend buying from this site - it's an off-brand site imitating cool looking clothes that will most likely not meet your expectations both for the workmanship of the clothing & Customer Support and shipment tracking (hell, Trackiest still says shipment is on its way, by the way, although I got my package last week).

Poor experience

Poor experience. Ordered two t-shirts for 30€ each, which is quite hefty. I'm a bit bulky built, but by no means a bodybuilding, i.e. I usually wear L or M if I want it a little bit more tight. Their M size was way to loose.

Not in general their fault as it is stated that the material is Polyester, however it feels really bad on your skin. Please only buy pure cotton, treat yourself and your body as it deserves to be treated.

I guess sending the items back will be hard, so it's just 60 wasted Euros. Could've bought 4 slim fit, 100% cotton t-shirts from H&M for this money...

Overall my t-shirts looked like bought from alibaba for 1€ and got overstomped with their own label.

This is not a company, it's a scam operation

This is not a company, it's a scam. The order never arrived and the tracker information the customer service mentions in the few emails they send is dodgy to say the least. I'm even thinking Pologize staff are the ones updating the order tracking and the order never existed in the first place.
Need customer service from these guys? Good luck with that. Not a single e-mail replied, only standard copy-paste replies from their website form. I hope this company shuts down soon to stop them scamming people

Answer to company's reply:
If you really cared about your customers you would stop sending copy-pasted automated e-mails with no useful information to every "where is my order" request I have sent for the last 2 months. The only thing your customer service has done is provide an automated answer with the expected (and already delayed) delivery times and a tracking link that shows no updates of the shipment for over a month, while ignoring my request to solve the problem: a shipment not received 2 months after purchase.
