I did read a few reviews before…
I did read a few reviews before deciding on having one of theses more light weight steamers .and two did warn people about the handle where water dripped and the steam steamer came through the crack.and burns Ur hand .but I thought surly this can't be a fault and polti have not looked in to this .but I was wrong once you AV registered Ur steamer then if there's a problem u AV to find a polti shop and take it there .which isn't right as it's under one years warranty.has I read this is happening to customers who have bought this all I can say is polti. get this sorted it's just not good enough ..I've photos of the leaking of hot water on the handle if they would like to get in touch with me .but I doubt it .it's a shame because other wise this go steamer is brilliant and is worth it .polti AV got in touch with me today in fact I was very surprised 😯 I emailed pictures and my details serial number that sort of thing .and with in a few hours got back to me stating that a new hose would be delivered to me as has possible .so thank you Charlotte I'm very impressed polti have such a good name .that's why I was so shocked 😲 about the quality of this particular steamer fingers crossed because it is a super little steamer v t go it has a strap so u can carry it has you steam great for cleaning my kitchen

l bought Polti cordless just over two…
l bought Polti cordless just over two years ago. DO NOT BUY, ive had no end of issues, within my warantee, been sent back twice and third time, they say its my battery, i need a new battery at £69, so if your happy to keep paying for new parts every year, go ahead and buy.
First issue was my filter, even though i cleaned my hoover every week, cost £39.
Second time , they couldnt find anything wrong but gave me a new motor.
Now its not under any Warantee, two years of having issues, its now my Batttery, at another £69.
Where does it stop ( NOT) , clearly didnt pay again
DO NOT BUY

Worst vacuum ever
Worst vacuum ever. Doesnt pick up. Roll bar stopped working couple of months ago. Rang customer service and they sent me the new part so no problem with customer service. Had for just over 12mths now so it's out of warranty and now doesnt pick up and charge only last about 15mins at best. It is so light and flimsy, it is like a kids vacuum. Wont buy one again. Will go back to my original vacuum brand. Only chose this one as it seemed a good offer at the time. Wish I hadn't bothered

Excellent Customer Service post sales
Excellent Customer Service post sales. I was super-impressed. Dan, Customer Service Team Leader responded to my email query within less than 5 minutes and the issue was resolved promptly in under an hour. Hugely appreciated and based on this experience, highly recommend.

A trust worthy company who deals with any issues promptly.
I can't praise Dan enough for the professional way he dealt with our problem. He arranged for a new iron to be delivered quickly and arranged for our faulty iron to be collected. Many thanks

Excellent customer service
I had a problem with a Polti vacuum cleaner that wasn't working properly and the customer service were incredibly helpful. I contacted them by phone originally and then via email and they arranged for me to send the cleaner back. They sorted everything out with respect to the collection, fixing the problem and then sending it back to me. This level of service is so unusual these days and left me with a very good impression of the company.

Great product and first class customer service
The iron itself is the best iron i have ever had (its a dream to use and takes half the time to do the ironing now) but their customer service is second to none. The iron had a fault at 18 months old, and after two emails, sending copy of receipt and model number, they sent a brand new replacement out to be delivered two days later. No delays or increasing ironing pile. Would not hesitate to buy another iron from them

Feeble machine, terrible service
I did not see the Polti vaporetto before buying online, which was a mistake. It arrived with a dozen dinky-doll attachments, very cute but not very plausible--can you imagine scrubbing baked-on grease off a barbecue (for which one attachment is recommended) with a brush the size of a 50 p piece?
The main thing I wanted it for was carpet, but its power was so feeble as to be practically non-existent. Almost no steam emerged and the carpet was barely moist to the touch and the heat no more than tepid. Yet the water level (de-mineralised water, which they don't tell you in the product description you have to keep buying) kept getting lower and lower.
The instructions said to put your foot on the lever (helpfully marked with a footprint) to release the brush on the mop. Every time I did this, the brush remained in its plastic casing and did not come into contact with the floor.
The "customer service" was even better. A telephone call got a recording telling me that they were too busy, and I should send an e-mail. I did and was told I would get a reply "in due course." Well, la di da! In other words, when they could be bothered to reply. Three days later I get a reply signed only "customer service", nobody's name, that asks me how I am using the machine (well, I am putting it on the floor and pushing it back and forth--is there another way to use a mop?) AND says it will help me IF I send evidence of purchase! I had sent the serial number of the machine when I registered it for the guarantee. So that was good enough for registration, but now they doubt that the machine is lawfully mine? And what if it had been a gift? So it seems that I am guaranteed only lousy service.
How nice for some people here that they were helped by the wonderful Charlotte. How come some people got a great person and I don't even get a person with a name?
Has anyone noticed that the Italian arm of Polti has a trustpilot rating LESS THAN HALF the UK one? Could the Polti people be keen on making a good impression in this country, and so organising people to leave favourable reviews here? The discrepancy is very suspicious.

Buy of the year
My Polti vacuum and steam cleaner arrived a few days ago! Superb on my kitchen porcelain tiles. Powerful steamer and vacuum. Made quick work of cleaning my oven too with the steam attachments in hand held mode. I’ve steam cleaned upholstery / visible difference. Best buy.

Vacuum fault
I recently contacted Polti to advise that my upright vacuum had developed a fault and was not picking up as it should be. Within no time I received a reply from Charlotte, Customer Services Executive, asking for proof of purchase and a photo of damaged part. I forwarded the requested documents and again within a flash Charlotte replied to state she had ordered a new part which would be with me in around 5 days. I was astonished that I had been positively responded to so quickly. No drama, no crisis! Charlotte had dealt with my query in a courteous and efficient manner. Well done Polti and especially well done to Charlotte. What an asset to your company she is.

Amazing speedy service from Polti
I have been using my Polti valporetto steam mop since September 2022. It has been great for my needs, I love it. It is easy to use and does a brilliant job. Sadly, last week before my family arrived, it stopped working. I managed one room, disconnected it to take it upstairs but it wouldn't switch on. It had been working perfectly up until then. I did the usual checks, plugged in (yes), switch on at the wall (yes), fuse (fine) so not operator error! I checked to see how long the warranty was, for the steam mop, it is 2 years. I then submitted a claim to Polti. It was straight forward. I contacted them on the 13th May, Charlotte replied, I submitted the evidence of my purchase. I am now the delighted owner of a new steam mop which I received on the 17th May.
