One of the worst experiences in online shopping.
Ordered a couple of items, one of the items was not in stock (which i saw a couple of days after i ordered).
Customer service was so helpful in giving me a date on which they expected delivery, but that kept being pushed back.
After waiting for 1 month, i got promised a new delivery date, which was confirmed via E-mail. Unfortunately, after contacting customer service on the day it was supposed to be shipped, I was informed that there was another delay. And the employee informed me that his colleague was not supposed to make promises on delivery days.
Since my project for which I needed the items has been put on hold for over a month now, I asked for a compensation.
The compensation they offered was a 5% discount for a new order. Which was a joke to me, since I won’t be ordering here ever again.
I canceled the item, had to buy it somewhere else and had to pay double shipping.
Customer service; bad.
Communication; bad.

Wat jammer om te lezen dat u deze vervelende ervaring heeft gehad met ons bedrijf. U heeft inderdaad erg lang moeten wachten. Zoals aangegeven op onze website was het door u bestelde product niet op voorraad en was de verwachte levertijd 14-21 werkdagen.
In onze communicatie en het contact met mijn collega's zijn inderdaad verschillende leverdata genoemd. Helaas is de levering meerdere malen uitgesteld. Heel begrijpelijk dat u daar teleurgesteld in bent!
Als u de mengbuizen retour wil sturen is dat uiteraard mogelijk. Het volledige bedrag zal dan gecrediteerd worden.
Excuses voor het ongemak!

Wonderful service and support
Before I placed my order, I called PolyesterShoppen as I had some doubts whether to use or not a product. The person on the other side, clarified my doubts on the fly and also, added one more product I needed and wasn't available on the webshop. 1 hour later I could place my order with everything I needed for the job.
Well done PolyesterShoppen. This is for sure a 5 star service!
