Stay away from Polyroof

If you are in Ireland - stay well away from using Polyroof - would give a zero star rating if I could. We had our roof waterproofed using Polyroof Protech system in 2011. It absolutely failed and resulted in 2 and a half sides (render, fibreboard insulation & some of the frame) and the roof of our house (new build at the time) having to be replaced in 2019/20 at full cost to us (>€100k). Polyroof did NOTHING to stand over their product. A representative of Polyroof in NI consulted on the project initially and Global Trading in RoI supplied the product and training(???!!!) to the house builders who applied it. Shameful how they walked away from any meaningful engagement to remedy the issues caused by their product and its application. Find photos on Google review I have left. Rebuilt roof recovered with Firestone EDPM - no problems with it (so far!).
