Cannot fault the finish and style of the chair.
Delivery time was slightly longer than I had realised and planned for (lead times are working days only). But company responded promptly when I contacted them to discuss.
Well packaged and undamaged on arrival.

We bought a beautiful matching table, chairs and bar stools. Simonida is super responsive and friendly, available to help with anything you need. Pommier even helped us customize the color of the finish to match the rest of our interior! Very happy!

When the armchair was delivered, we noticed that the frame was not made of walnut wood, but of a similar wood that had been stained and varnished. After I reported the error, Pommier promptly sent a new one made of real walnut wood.
Excellent service, straightforward handling of problems, quick response time!

We are very happy with 3 of the 4 chairs we received, however the 4th chair was broken on delivery. Monika from Pommier furniture's response was swift and caring. We are looking forward to having 4 beautiful chairs soon! From the way we have treated we are sure that if you have a problem they will make sure it is properly dealt with. A scam. First of all they don’t respect the delivery time. But most important, they use misleading information in their website making European customers believe they are buying within Europe and when the product arrives: surprise! Nearly 10% on import taxes… They indicate French design and 100% European origin, so you of course you don’t expect to add 10% in the price of your order and they don’t let you know in advance

We have 4 Mosso chairs which I love so much. You can feel the love and quality of the wood. After 2 years we have now ordered the Orel table, 2 more chairs and the book shelf. Simone gave us some helpful advice before ordering.
I know it will be a long wait, but it will be worth it.

Shipping and packaging = meticulous and everything arrives in perfect conditions.

The chairs came in perfect condition - I have never received anything so well packed!

Just perfect! I have ordered already few times various products and must say that I am always blown away from the quality. The products look even more amazing live. The only down side is that you ahve to be patient as the as the products are made to order. But it is worth the wait and at least it's more sustainable this way. There customer service is more then 5 start. They are fast in reply and helping you with any issues you might have ( example customs). I cannot recommend enough this brand as their price value and service is unbeatable.
