Bought both an engagement ring and a eternity ring from them. I was very happy with both rings. The engagement ring is absolutely stunningly beautiful.

I have been purchasing from Pompeii 3 for more than several years. Found their product to be well made, priced fairly and their customer service to be accommodating. What prompted me to write this review was after reading some of the negative e reviews I had to set the record straight. Pompeii stands behind their jewelry. You can return your purchase within the time specified for a full refund. If you have any issue with your purchase, like if a stone fell out, they will make it right. They will gladly repair, refund or replace an item if it was due to their manufacturing. If you need a signature to receive your jewelry then there is a place on the order form to state that. If you bashed up your jewelry due to your own neglect how can you say it’s their fault? I love the pieces I have purchased from them, I have spoken to Amber on several occasions and found her to be quite pleasant and easy to talk to. I will continue to buy from Pompeii, because I know I’m getting exactly what I want. And I know they stand behind their products. They are quite clear on their policy and I feel it’s only fair. Thank you Pompeii for exceptional jewelry.

On December 8th 2025, I contacted manager KAI and provided pictures of a ring i wanted them to design. I was told a deposit of 500.00 was needed to start the renderings of the ring and the deposit would be deduted from total price of ring. I paid THE DEPOSIT and I was sent drawing of a ring that looked nothing like what I wanted. By december 20th I called and called and emailed ... NO RESPONSE. Now March 16th I'm told sorry WE CANNOT REFUND YOU .. AMBER the receptionist just hangs up on me or tells me someone will get backm to me.. CROOKS CROOKS . DISGUSTING...

My anniversary band is absolutely gorgeous. The stones are cut so beautifully and the setting is perfect. This makes my 5th ring that either my husband (he bought 3) or myself have purchased and I have my eye on several others.

I ordered a 2.5 caret flexible tennis bracelet. It arrived in a timely manner well packaged and as described. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from this company again. My order was hassle free.

Ordered an engagement mount, after lying and telling me it had shipped twice the package was finally delivered and placed on my porch by FedEx. No singature required just laid it on my front step. It was stolen off the porch and this company will do nothing but keep my money. In the times we live in a singature should be required for a piece of jewelry. Don't trust this company to deliver anything.

It took a while… but patience won out in the long run.
We ordered my engagement ring and while it arrived later than expected (missed a Christmas proposal), it arrived a few days later and is exceptionally beautiful.
When ordering my wedding band to match, we experienced some ambiguity and then our order was completely canceled without explanation. After MULTIPLE inquiries, the company finally said metal prices drove their decision - even after they’d confirmed the order. Not cool.
We waited a while, and the same ring was discounted once again. We held our breath and placed another order, and it arrived without any further glitches.
Our wedding isn’t for several months, so I cannot fully review its constitution, but it is as beautiful as my engagement ring, and so far, that is truly beautiful.

WORST RING COMPANY EVER!!!! FIRST MY RING BROKE WITH TJE NUDGE OF MY PURSE STRAP. I MEAN IN HALF! I HAD SEVERAL PEOPLE AROUND THAT WATCHED THIS HAPPEN AND WAS BLOWN AWAY AT THE POOR QUALITY OF FAKE GOLD! A PAWN SHOP SAID HE COULD FIT IT FOR $100 CAUSE ITS FAKE. SO $1500 LATER IN WEEKS OF A RUN AROUND WITH A HORRIBLE GROUP OF CALL YOU BACK IN 24HOURS. I AM LEFT WITH THIS PEICE OF JUNK . THEY ARE A LIEING FAKE SITE TAKING PEOPLES MONEY THIS IS WHY YOUR NOT ALLOWED TO WRITE REVIEWS ON THE PERSONAL PAGE CAUSE THEIR STUFF IS SORRY

Slow Slow SLOW SHIPPING!!!! Ring lasted one year before diamonds started falling out! Called them, they couldnt find my order then told me there is a 6 month warranty. BUYER BEWARE! You are not saving any money, just buying time until you spend it to fix their junk!!

do not purchase from this merchant. if you do you will be taking a costly chance. I have been dealing with them for over a month now to return to orders and to receive my refund. it has been arduous to say the least. I finally got the items back to them after getting the runaround for 2 weeks on how to send the items back only to have them short my refund by $199 with no explanation. the jewelry I returned to them was unworn in the original packing and so I'm clueless as to why they have done this and I'm waiting to hear back. in addition their jury is not of good quality in my opinion. I would not be fooled by the low prices. the return process is not as simple as they advertise and also it will cost you a $15.50 processing fee plus return shipping cost. I'm just hoping to save someone the hassle that I've gone through.

I had my eye on one ring for a very long time. When I saw that Pompeii3 accepted Affirm, I was thrilled because after waiting YEARS to purchase one nice thing for myself, I could finally afford it and make payments. So I placed the order and was thanked for my purchase. Less than 24 hours later my order was cancelled. I asked what happened and was told there “was an issue with my payment method”. How so?? The payment was approved and deducted!! A week later, no communication from this “jeweler” and the money on my Affirm account has not been refunded. Not only am I disappointed, being as that I work in customer service I’m pretty disgusted by them keeping money that doesn’t belong to them. I don’t know how these people sleep at night!

I purchased a set of Pompeii3's earrings around a month ago, for my 14 year old's birthday. She has seizures and this was a purchase I knew would make her day more special. I haven't taken them to a jeweler yet for verification however, before I even made the purchase, I read other reviews. One review that sold me personally on putting my trust in them was by a man. He said he done several tests on the quality of their products and that the test yielded an accurate description for their advertisements. He posted some images of his test results and so I thought I would try them out. I'm so happy I did. The quality is amazing. Just wish the shaft of the studs were longer. Anyhoo, I was putting my daughter's earrings in for her, and totally fumbled and lost the back. (I ripped my thumb nail off one day while I was working at the mines. It grew back much thicker than it use to be.) My sister and I searched the world over to find it, and I couldn't find it for nothing. So I recently reached out to Pompeii3, explained what happened and they said if id leave them a kind review, they would be glad to send a replacement. I made sure they knew it wasn't their fault. And seeing how I genuinely liked the company, quid pro quo. Id be honored to leave them a kind review. I believe the manager CS said to give him a shout out for his exceptional customer service -again would be honored to do just that. I guess the question is, would I buy from them again? Most certainly. They seem like reasonably fair people with quality products at a very decent price point. They'll be my go-to for all things jewelry going forward.

I do like the ring except for the finish is and has the 9 months or so is losing its color. It's like it's was really shiny and had a nice color to it and now it just doesn't and if it presses too hard against my finger I feel the bottoms of the diamonds scratch across my finger.

If was able to leave a negative rating I would. Their products are subpar. I purchased a 2k lab diamond ring and it is bending and the pave diamonds are falling out after a couple of weeks. I called them prior to the deadline to return items, because there system wouldn’t let me initiate a return online and the girl over the phone couldn’t so she said she would email their returns department. But apparently that never happened and I now disputing the charge with my bank. Do NOT BUY, they are dishonest, and selling subpar products.

I have bought several pieces from this seller. All were perfect. The only problem I had is 1 of the 4 pieces I bought had the incorrect appraisal papers and as of today, I haven’t received the correct paperwork. The people I have spoken to at the company have been very nice.

What I ordered and what I got were two very different things. Gold weight was very light, almost 2 grams light, shape was very thin and actually bendable by hand, 1.2mm thick in the middle, should have been closer to 2mm, sharp edges were supposed to be rounded, polished and wasn’t supposed to be and not as wide as description even. Opened a dispute with Affirm and won luckily. Thank god I used them as Pompeii3 did not respond once to their follow up email once I called customer service with these issues including pictures and proof with a digital scale and calipers to measure. Totally ghosted me. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
