Holds a lot, can dress up or down
This purse is great. I was looking for something similar to my Dooney crossbody, but without the center divider. This is perfect. It’s just a bit larger, but not too large, and I have more flexibility of what I can carry. I can fit a water bottle (16.9 oz), phone, keys and more. While it looses some structure/stiffness by not creating separate compartments, it is well worth the trade off. The bonus straps increase usability by fitting different situations. I got the canvas (dress down) and gold chain (dress up) options and couldn’t be happier. I bought it in Stone, and probably will buy another in a different color.

City bag for a 40th birthday gift
I bought a City crossbody bag for a friend’s 40th birthday, here in Australia. I was impressed by the speed with which the dispatch from the warehouse took place and the subsequent detailed tracking, from London to Melbourne.
The bag itself was wrapped thoughtfully, is beautifully made and lined, and has that gorgeous leather smell, plus the additional straps give it uses in multiple settings from formal to casual.
I was also impressed by the choice of colours available.
My friend was very happy with her gift.

Smells musty, no response from Customer Service
This is my second purchase from Pom Pom London. My first handbag arrived in perfect condition with the lovely fresh leather scent I expected.
Unfortunately, my 2nd hand bag arrived with a noticeable musty odor. There was no visible mold, but the smell suggested it had been exposed to damp conditions. After airing it out for four days, the odor improved but never completely disappeared. It now smells slightly of leather and slightly of mildew.
I decided to keep the bag because I like the style and quality otherwise, but I was disappointed that a handbag costing around $200 arrived in this condition. I contacted customer service to make them aware of the issue and give them an opportunity to address it, but I never received a response.
A beautiful bag, but the odor and lack of customer service follow-up were disappointing.

Pom pom London were amazing! Through the whole buying process and shipping etc nothing bad to say about them. The only bad thing is the international couriers in Australia. Very slow and no communication.

Could PPL be the perfect bag for you?
I have been searching for a handbag style that fits my personal style. With Pom Pom London I have not only found 1 style but I now have 5 of their silhouettes in different colors. The leather is great quality and the bonus straps allow me to mix and match to my wardrobe. Ordering is very easy online and the customer service for me has been wonderful.
